Horrible Customer Service, Definitely doesn't strive to satisfy their Customer
On Last Thursday, I decided to get my nails done, generally I go to the same nail tech Amy. In which she does an excellent job on my nails but against my better judgment, I had someone else do my nails anyway due my regular nail tech wasn't there. When I sat down, I show the nail tech exactly what I wanted regarding the style of the nail and how I wanted it to look. So when he finish my nails, and I went to pay for them, I explain that I didn't like my nails because they look really thin, and I wanted them a little thick so they wont break after a week. So after explaining to the manager and nail tech what I wanted, they were still trying to convince me that they did a good job, even though I didn't like. Finally, the manager told the nail tech to add layer to my nail, in which by the way, the nail tech act like he had an attitude because he had to fix my nails. When he added the layer, I would have thought that he was drill them to make them look natural, in which he didn't. I told the manager, I wanted my nails fix, she told me exactly, if she fix them and I didn't like them I can always come back and get them fix by Amy because at this time I was at the nail salon for almost 2 1/2 hours. She fix and they look fine, until I got home and I notice some of the nail were really thick and crooked. I call the manager literally the next day, to get my nails fix since they have 72 hours policy. The manager refuse to fix my nails because she said that they spent enough time on my nails, (like spending almost 3 hrs in a nail was exciting for me) and if I wanted them fix I would have to pay for it, even though their policy states I have 72 hours to get they fix, if I'm not happy with the service. Of course, I refuse, I ended up going to the Luxury Nail Lounge, they fix them for free, and even got a pedicure in which I love, due to their nice service, they will definitely be getting my services for now on.
This nail salon does not stand by their policy, so don't ever be unhappy with your services because they will not fix it. Not only that the manager has poor customer service, don't believe check what she said in review,
Another example of poor management:

9 reviews 5 months ago This Salon doesn’t know what Customer service skills are. They refused to fix my nails for their techs mistake. I was very disappointed and unsatsfied with the service. The manger only argued with me and said the exact words “I can’t help you”. There is so many nail salons that will appreciate your business. Look elsewhere!!!
Response from the owner5 months ago
Natalie we have given you excellent service. You need to be honest in your review. You complain that one of our nail techs has not done a good job the last few times yet you continue to make appointments with her month after month. We have had our best, most experienced and most requested techs all do your nails. You are never happy. Respect is a two way street. You show us a picture of professional model's hand and nails and expect us to make your nails look exactly the same. That is impossible. You said you want your nails to "look" more narrow but we can not make your nails more narrow. We can only work with what you were born with. If you have a wide nail bed then you have wide looking nails. We can make nails longer or shorter not wider or narrower. Our manager never said I can't help you. She said you complained about her work too so why would you ask her to do your nails again? There were multiple witnesses. Even though we did the nails the way you asked and we did nothing wrong we still gave you a full refund and told you we could no longer service you as our nail techs were booked solid with happy satisfied customers. We said maybe you will be able to find someone else at another salon able to make you happy. Good luck.
LOOK AT THE MANAGER RESPOND TO ME, EXAMPLE OF POOR...
Read moreI came in with my friend Kimberly Griffith that posted a review below. To paraphrase the response from the owner/ manager, there is a so much to unpack here. First of all we were never given the option to select a type of pedicure therefore were surprised when we both received a below "basic standard pedicure". Even with a basic pedicure selection I have never not gotten a hot towel wrap or massage (I have been getting pedicures for 25 years) so forgive us for expecting this to be included. Fine, moving on my technician was friendly but there was no effort from either tech to make conversation or acknowledge us, again all good, my friend and I chatted the entire time anyway. This jovial tech that you claim her to be must have been out of sorts that day, perfectly understandable. In your response you act as if Kimberly demanded retribution, "I think we will keep her".. good no one sought otherwise. When it was complete Kimberly's polish was streaky and did not look good, I could clearly see it from 6 feet away. If paying for a service shouldn't the customer be pleased with the work? She was not rude at all and asked if she could fix the big toe which apparently offended the tech as she became disgruntled and blamed the vibrating chair, the polish and Kimberly moving for the streaks. The general attitude and demeanor of the tech created tension. You act as if a Karen came in a demand the inconceivable, the girl just wanted nice toes for goodness sake. The tech then had her change the polish color, applied it and on we went, mind you it was still not a satisfactory job. We then paid and tipped and went on about our day. And no Sir we did not go and drink alcohol as you were so freely suggesting we do. Some of us practice temperance and do not partake in such activities, keep that in mind next time you try to interject that topic multiple times into casual conversation. My point with this review is to draw attention to the fact that you are completely unprofessional and from reading your past responses take great offense to people posting their dissatisfied review. My entire career is based off of the satisfaction of my guests and subsequent review based technology. My advice is take it in stride and do not let your emotions pour into your response and NEVER use the Lord's name in a snarky afterthought. I will be putting your company on blast on social media and in my local and professional groups, let's hope your unprofessionalism is not...
Read moreI called way in advance to make an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. I showed up 5 minutes before the appointment and still waited for 20 more minutes. This young teenager with red hairs did manicure and pedicure for me. She was very inexperienced and did such a horrible job. She wasn’t thorough. I should have stood up and walked away when I saw how inexperienced she was. I wonder if she even has a cosmetology license to work. It took her almost 2 hours to do manicure and pedicure and she did a horrible job. The nail polish and the top coat were very old so they were very thick. On top of that , she put way too much nail polish and top coat so it was way too thick. She kept messing up and used tons of acetone to clean up the nail polish which was all over my skin. I sat there for another 15 minutes just for the nail polish to dry up. The nail polish didn’t even dried up and was messed up horribly. I can’t believe they let an inexperienced and unprofessional nail technician working on the customer like this. I think she doesn’t even have a license to practice. These are the photos 1 hour after the manicure...
