I never write reviews and I hardly get upset but the staff was so incredibly rude that it warrants a review. First of all there was a girl that took our order through the drive thru that was annoyed and gave us attitude the whole time, she was annoyed at us for repeating our order back to her to then get the order wrong. Very ironic. Then I went inside to get the missing item and she taps one of the card readers and walks away?? like i don’t know if that is suppose to signal for me to pay or she wanted me to read her mind without saying anything but i tell her I am just waiting for my mocha and she says with attitude “ok well you have to pay for it” I then say ok i don’t have a problem paying but you have to tell me i can’t just read your mind. I gave her the same attitude back and then her manager immediately comes to defend her like if I did something wrong??? On top of everything she lies to the manager saying I was mad because she was busy and wasn’t talking to me in the drive through. She knew exactly why I was upset, cause of her attitude and then when I returned the energy back she hid behind the manager making me feel like I was aggressive and starting stuff when in reality the staff does not know how to talk to people and are incredibly rude. Read moreI visit this location for breakfast at least 3 times a week, because they are the only location that still offers the chicken biscuit sandwich. Once the location opened after the initial shut down for Covid-19, The gentleman who was the morning manager and was always very pleasant, eventually remembered me and had my order ready faster than I could pay. HOWEVER, he is no longer there and since then, the store CONSTANTLY opens late, sometimes 30 minutes or longer, because they do not have the food prepared to serve. On occasion, when told that it would be five to ten minutes, I would park and wait. Now, I do not wait at all. Primarily because the current manager is rude, unapologetic for the delay, making it seem as if it is the customers fault they aren't ready. It is unbelievable that this location is as inconsistent as it is. If other locations offered the chicken biscuit, I would go to one of them. If the gentleman that was the manager still worked there, I wouldn't be writing this. I do want to mention that the woman who I believe is the 'cook' is very nice, provides good customer service in the form of apologizing when opening late. When I confronted the girl about it she lied and told me she didn't see anything. So I asked if I could have fresh nuggets. she said yes. well as she told the cook the cook looked down at me to see if I could see in when she realized I could she took the old nuggets and put them in the fryer. as she was putting them back in my bag she would look my way and make faces. ...
