Luis was our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He helped us out with loading and unloading mobility devices, and had an amazing attitude while doing it! We’ve been boarding their buses all this week from our hotel for our Disney vacation and if it wasn’t for him today I definitely wouldn’t be leaving such a good review and I’m only leaving 5 stars for him! The service in general from this company is more like a 2-3. Up until now the majority of drivers we’ve had have made it seem like we’re a problem because of the mobility devices. We were even told on multiple occasions that we couldn’t be transported because of them even after booking a reservation that included the devices and had to wait for other busses. The supervisor was friendly and apologized but it was a constant thing... There was one morning out of 5 days/nights that went smoothly and the rest, until today, were a show! We were even left at Animal Kingdom for an hour and a half after the bus was supposed to pick us up and it didn’t come until we called, not only the hotel, but the bus service itself and got a third party answering service that couldn’t even help us. So, we were basically left, in the cold with 3 young children and my 84 year old grandmother. Let’s just say it wasn’t a good experience! So, thank you Luis for all the help today and for turning around when we were running behind! You were a lifesaver today and we appreciate it! If the company had more of you they would most definitely be better off!...
