My wife and I experienced an outstanding interaction with Fanning's sales staff last Friday for a new Bosch dishwasher. The installation team of Michael and Chad just left. The entire interaction with both teams was outstanding. It is great to interact with installers who exude trust, knowledge, and significant experience. I left Michael and Chad to do the installation in my kitchen, they had a couple of questions, like where is the breaker box. A remarkably short time later, they called out "Mr. Eric" and I went to see a beautiful Bosch dishwasher in place of my lousy Samsung. When they informed me it was running, I was stunned by how quiet it was.
