Graybar — Attraction in East Naples

So far every order I’ve placed with Graybar has gotten messed up. While working for another company there was one order that was placed three times and it took a fourth time before they actually filled the order. I am an electrical contractor on my own now. I have a very big install tomorrow and placed my order A month ago we picked it up yesterday and there are four items missing two of them was on the invoice. Now I have to go to their competitor first thing in the morning to pick up the missing items.

I Have submitted a credit application four times since September. Not only have they not been approved, but I have not even gotten a response from them when I’ve inquired about the applications statuses.

One of the worst places to go unless your a contractor. I went in the store today to purchase 400 feet of 4 gauge wire and circuit breakers and conduit and was treated so rudely and condescending from the employee working there and there was nobody there so they weren’t busy and gave me the feeling I was bothering him cause I assume I was only a cash paying customer. I feel that they should have a sign posted that they only serve contractors only. So I left the store and was able to make my purchase online and I now see that this store just lost a $1,000.00 sale which I ended up purchasing online. I would highly recommend not to go to this establishment unless your a contractor cause they treat you very rudely. Terrible how a customer gets treated it...

Unless you have an account, or speak Spanish. You don’t matter here. I called this location on the phone asking about a multimeter. They said they had some and would sell to the public. So I stopped in after work. I stood around for 5 minutes as there was no employee in sight. (He was in the back grabbing a part) after he comes back he finishes the sale with the guy that was waiting on him. They appeared to finish. But continued chatting in Spanish about the guys family.
