Jack and Jill Adult — Attraction in East Naples

Initially I was happy with the service, the cashier was helpful and fun. Just like the other reviews the establishment was clean and fun. That was why I was drawn to coming to this store after reading reviews.

I believe the cashiers name was Suwey. The receipt in the provided images states differently that what I saw on the name tag. She checked our ID’s because it was later in the night and we were advised that sometimes a younger crowd will try to come in or something may seem off- understandable and I respect it. When we left I was happy and ready to write a great review.

This is now where the lower rating is explained: one of the items we purchased was the girlfriend stroker, she offered to hold the items up at the cashiers desk while I joined my partner in looking at the magnets. When I first got over there she said “I recommend using lube for this.” To which I responded “okay.” That was the end of that conversation. I never picked out a lube or had the intentions of purchasing any, as I have some that I enjoy at home. I’m very choosy about products that go into my body. I got home, checked the bag and receipt, only to find that we were provided with something called ‘slick dicks handy glide’ something I never wanted.

Advisory to future customers. Check your bag prior to leaving and double check the check out system. My partner paid so I didn’t carefully check the POS. I visited jack and Jill previously (only twice in my life now) and asked for a beginners guide to the back door. The associate who assisted me was no other than a fair lady named “Madison”. Madison gave me the in and outs of all things beginner and her personal experiences as well as other relevant information to ease into our new experiences. The products she referred me to worked like a charm. Today I visited the store and looked for a one thing, I was assisted by a young lady on her computer who walked me through many products I can use with my significant other. As I went to the register I saw Madison again and thanked her for the products she referred me to meanwhile asking about duration products. Madison gave me the same if not better assistance and referred me to Xavier who gave me a similar service as Madison always does. I then grabbed the products all three of them referred me to and will have a pleasant journey again thanks to Madison and her crew of...

I’m an adult entertainer part time and decided to visit this store to pick up some naughty supplies… to my surprise the atmosphere and feeling of walking in as a new customer wasn't the same from other Adult stores.

So basically usually sex stores have a weird vibe, normally people are kind of shy and stay in their own space but because of the Store manager (Ileana Vasquez) and Matt, Tasha and let’s not forget Luis….LOL

MY EXPERIENCE was outstanding. Ironically you can hear people laughing and enjoying themselves in a very expressive manner. If you’re an introvert it’s gonna be hard for you to stay in your bubble because the store associates will put a smile on your face in a heartbeat.

I think another thing that’ll catch your eye is how clean the store is and how well it’s organized. It’s super easy to find anything, and they have products you wouldn’t normally find anywhere else.
