Please note that I am leaving this review only after 5 attempts to follow up with Naples Florida Vacation homes, in which I provided the company ample opportunity to respond to my feedback. I received no acknowledgement of my feedback and there has been no attempt to resolve it, so I am sharing my experience for other travelers who may consider booking a rental through this company.
Summary: I Would not recommend booking through this company to anyone.
We booked a 6-day stay expecting that rates would be rather high given the holiday week we'd be traveling. That said, we encountered a number of issues throughout the week that we would not have anticipated given the rate we paid.
The primary issues we experienced were the following:
Thermostat could not be adjusted below 85 degrees, so we had no AC for 4 of the 6 days of our stay I emailed to notify maintenance on day 2 when it was apparent it wasn't something we could resolve on our own. Someone promptly responded to my note saying that they would look into it as soon as possible. Then two days passed with no follow-up. I followed up over email 4 times with no response and then called maintenance 3 times but received the voicemail each time I called. After calling the operator and asking if she could follow up with maintenance, I finally received a response and a technician was sent out. Issue was resolved, but only two days before we checked out.
Wifi password printed in the book in the unit was incorrect, so we had no Wifi for 4 of the 6 days of our stay. It was only after multiple attempts contacting the office that we were provided with a wifi password that actually worked.
The door code was re-set about 30 minutes before checkout time, just as we were loading the car. If the check-out time that is communicated is 10am, the door code should not change until that time.
Additionally, we noted the following (less egregious, but worth mentioning) issues:

Jasmine has been nothing but fantastic over the past few months. Earlier this year, she answered numerous questions quickly and accurately about the property I wanted to rent. Then when the homeowner took the house off the rental list, she worked with me closely to help find another rental that would meet our needs. She was patient and responsive to all my questions and was quick to send emails and information to book the units. Most recently she has truly gone above and beyond. I had asked her a question about grocery delivery and where many people would have given just a simple no, she took the time to inquire and find a solution. Then this past week, with the new quarantine being placed for Ohio and my flights all getting cancelled, she has been just AMAZING. This was our third vacation this year to get rescheduled -it has been so disappointing and stressful! Jasmine was compassionate and understanding. She took time to speak with me. She worked really quickly to get my dates moved to May, when hopefully things will be better She sent all of the emails and new contract when she said she was going to -it is so nice to work with someone who is dependable and responsive. Read moreRetaliation charge of $452 from this management company after posting the honest review below During our weeklong stay at the Sardinia house at 551 91st Ave we had to report further mainentance issues: a solid wood door fell off the hinges and the master shower did not drain properly causing standing water when showering. The maintenance manager Steve came to our aid and was very nice. He explained that the house was newly renovated and the door had been installed with support screws that were too short for it's weight. He would rectify after we left so that others would not be injured. He mentioned the shower drain had been a repeat issue but was not able to repair it until after our visit was over. He apologized for not having a process for escalating the ant issue (the review I posted below was sent via screenshot to NFVH and that is how I got them to attend to the matter as they say below, but don't mention that the review is the reason). After checking out I received a $452 charge for damaging the improperly installed door. Per Romina at NFVH we cannot do anything to hold them accountable. We signed the rental agreement so they can claim any damages they fabricate. You've been warned.
