Let me start by saying that it is really unfortunate that I have to give a poor review to a business but I’m so tired of poor customer service. We arrived at our appointment five minutes late (4:20 PM) and checked in at the front desk. I gave my name, appointment time, and the tech’s name. As I turned to my daughter and said, “Do you want to show her the picture?” the front desk attendant immediately cut me off, saying, “She has no time to do any designs. You booked an acrylic full set and didn’t indicate any extras.” I was taken aback because she didn’t even look at the picture or let me explain. She continued, “You should have called if you wanted anything extra.” I clarified that all my daughter wanted was a simple bow glued on—something she had brought with her. This was my daughter’s first time getting her nails done, and unfortunately, the front desk attendant was unnecessarily dismissive and passive-aggressive. I explained that this was my first time booking and that I wasn’t aware of the need to specify extras. As a business, if you see a new client booking, it would be helpful to confirm their service needs. If this is a recurring issue, a simple call or text could prevent misunderstandings. The nail tech, Sam, was very kind and professional. She suggested gel polish, which I later realized was an additional cost. While I understand the upsell, it would have been helpful if she had clarified the price upfront. My suggestion for this business is to allow a 15-minute buffer for new clients to ensure a smoother experience. The overall interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. While the service itself was fine, the initial experience set a negative tone. The full set was advertised at $38, but my final bill was $64.83 (receipt attached). I’m not here to bash this business, but good customer service truly makes a difference. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing from our experience. My daughter loves her nails! No issues there thankfully!

I believe my tech was Lilly! I just moved to the area a few weeks ago and came across this place when searching up where to get my nails done. Today went in for a full set. The nail salon is roomy and clean! I was greeted right away upon walking in. I had no appointment set up but they were kind enough to get me right in within 5 minutes of walking through the door. I opted for a full set of almond shaped black and purple ombré nails. I am obsessed. I don’t get my nails done often at all so it’s always like I’m a newbie when I get them done . The nail tech made me feel very welcomed and helped me choose the right purple I was looking for. She was steady and took her time. Asking me along the way if I was like the length , size, shape and color. After finishing I got a quick hand massage and lotion with a warm towel that felt amazing on my hands. I paid with card and couldn’t leave tip but they had cash app so I was able to do that. Next time I go I will take cash with me so I can tip cash. (I thought I could tip on card which is why I didn’t). I would recommend this nail salon/spa. I will be back and I will look into other services with them. They gained a new customer.

I’ve been a regular at this nail salon for some time, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. During my pedicure, I noticed the polish application was uneven and lacked enough coats, leaving the finish unsatisfactory. Additionally, the shape of my toenails was not properly aligned. One of the receptionists even agreed with me after I pointed it out, which confirmed my concerns. When I addressed this with the receptionist in charge, I was offered the option to have it redone. However, I declined because I didn’t have time to sit through the process again. Instead, I requested a discount on the service, given my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, they refused to accommodate this request and only apologized, stating I should have spoken up sooner. While I still paid for the service, I left feeling unvalued as a loyal customer. It’s disappointing that my concerns weren’t handled more thoughtfully, especially given the frequency of my visits. This experience has made me reconsider returning, as customer satisfaction should always be a priority.

We were there yesterday 9/22/2022 and me and my mom got manicure, pedicure and full face. While we were both getting our pedicure the receptionist came during our service and told both the people who were doing our pedicure that their appointment is coming next so they started rushing up, Didn’t even put scrub on our feet or used the scrub brush or callus remover for our feet. They charge way more 35$ and do a 15 mins pedicure. Anyways then my mom got a gel manicure where we chose a silver color for her nail and feet but what they did on the hands was completely different so The next day went to them again by taking an appointment and I told the receptionist that they didn’t do a good job on the pedicure or used a scrub . I told her that as a manager or receptionist you should know. She was extremely rude to us and she cut me off and said I am not a manager here and they always use scrub and then she tells me next time be on time for my appointment as I was 2 mins late becoz of rain. She didn’t apologize At all and I paid 300$ for my services and tip and this is the customer service you guys give to your customers. After that she told the manicure person to just buff the nail polish and put like a one coat matching the nails on the feet. They rushed it up and completed the gel in 5-7 mins rather than doing it from scratch. This kind of a customer service is extremely worst I have seen anywhere. The prices are sky rocketing and they charge a few extra fillers in the end due to using credit card which is a utter nonsense. I do not recommend this salon for anybody. This is the worst salon in town and I will never...

Went there yesterday for the 1st time my daughter and I had an appointment for 6pm for pedicure and gel nails. Get seated for pedicure was asked if I wanted a drink. Never given options so I said sure and asked for water. Man messaged someone on walkie for water never received it. So the woman that did my pedicure didn't speak a lick of English. I asked if they had the grater for heels since I've been in quarantine since March. Had no idea what her response was. I showed her the issues I wanted taken care of. She said ok for $70 she will remove dead skin. For $70 AMERICAN DOLLARS WHAT!!! OK what is included in a regular pedicure for christ sake. So I decided to get the $70 pedicure. According to the menu she gave me it was to include a ton of things that I NEVER RECEIVED and not to mention less than 12 hours after this rip off pedicure my feet look worse than they did when I went in. My 4 year old granddaughter could have also done a better paint job. For the service I received yesterday I would have paid easily $25/$35 MAX anywhere else. The tech also cut the bottom of my foot as well as continuous scrubbing the back of my leg with the pumice stone. BEWARE!!!! I have a ton of pictures* response to the owners. I Did pay $70 for just a pedicure under Kate. My daughter had the gel manicure and regular pedicure. Not me! Check your...
