Wawa — Restaurant in Bethel Township

I ordered curbside tonight 4/3/25. A hoagie! The person who made the hoagie put chipotle or some kind of spicy sauce on my sub that I didn’t even ask for. I drove home and called the store and they did offer to remake it but I walk with a cane and it’s hard to get in and out of my car multiple times. So they offered a refund and I contacted corporate who helped me. To make it worse, I tried taking off the chipotle sauce and when I opened the hoagie it was loaded with hot peppers (I did order those) but the amount of peppers was unbelievable. One half of the hoagie had this many peppers on it. See picture! So whoever is making the sandwich either did it on purpose or needs retrained. I couldn’t stomach it and...

At lottery machine, told an associate the issue, he relayed the information to said manager or assistant manager. He comes an ask me the issue, he did not bring keys with him to open machine, and has been looking for keys for last 10 min without addressing me once. Is this customer service?
