Lovely Nails — Attraction in Essex

I have been coming to this place for a few months now. The first visit was awesome! The nail tech did exactly as I requested, which prompted me to return. The second visit was eh, the tech seemed rushed, which I understand being busy. The third, forth and fifth time were horrible. The second nail tech did not give me what I requested and proceeded to put swirl marks on each finger tip because she couldn't execute a straight paint line. Then charged me a fee per nail that SHE HAD to put lines on. Didn't want or like the lines, but much better then a jagged French tip. Paid over $50 for something I hated! I never complained, just accepted what she had done and made a mental note not to return to her chair again. The last time I went, it wasn't busy at all but they called the male owner (I think?) to come do my nails because they had appointments coming in. I waited 15m for him to show up, he gave me 2 hasty coats and one top coat. I type daily, so I asked for an additional coat of clear so it would last the full 2 weeks..he told me no, come back when they chip? I now have 2 chipped nails and 4 days until my next mani. Unless I want to go pay to have them fixed + tip him again. I get a simple manicure with gel polish. My real nails, no tips put on. Basic polish and occasional one finger design. What's the issue? This should be an easy tip for someone but they seem to not want my business, just my money. They never remember who I am, they never speak casually (talk to each other, only speaking to ask "what you want") and the work is mediocre at best. I wish I could give this place no stars. I work a 10hr shift in the ER so when I have off I gave my 1yr old thought I did bring my sister to help me with her she's spoiled and was crying for me to pick her up. Let me tell you I took a Chinese course with my cousin in college. The couple is very racist. I couldn't believe what they were saying about my daughter and black people. The older guy thought it was so funny. That lady greets her regular customers like she is delighted to see them then days rude things about them to her husband and it is always about race and our feet and hands. They love their Caucasian customers though. When I ask her about eyelashes she didn't want to do them basically and when my friend called I told her out loud what they were doing the lady laughed and said she so what in Chinese. They are very nasty racist and disrespectful in there. How can you be racist and your not even from hear your not American and white people are not that fond of you duhh they have there...

I was a first time customer. Had an appointment. Went in with an open mind. All I wanted was a pedicure. The young lady I had acted like it was a real bother because her "regular client" was also there for a pedicure. She never asked me what I wanted or if I wanted something extra. She barely spoke at all and acted like she did not know or understand very much English. She only put one coat of polish on my toes. Couldn't get me out of the seat fast enough so she could sit and take her time with her "Regular client" and speak to her in English.
