Pretty disappointed today. I was charged for 2 gun rentals and I rented one gun. I was told although I used one gun and one lane I would still be charged for 2 lane rentals and 2 gun rentals. 100 rounds for $100 pretty expensive compared to what I have paid in the past at this same location. I got my license from this place and now that their business is getting better, customer service seems to be done.No Ac, drafty lanes so the target keeps moving around. Not to mention, NO ONE has masks on. When I asked the person checking me out about the charges, he replied, " I work here, so I know what the charges are for". For this reason, I didn't continue the conversation. I was with my 18 year old daughter and his response was combative. I have bringing my daughter to this shop since she was 16 and have rented suppressors with the 9mm and was never charged anywhere close to $100. My issue is not with the price of the ammo, i completely understand the cost. My issue is the (2) gun rental, and the rude, combative, and dismissive response of the cashier. Justin, this behavior and a couple of dollars has lost you a longtime customer.

First time visiting a gun shop / range and the great reviews for this place were right on target. 🎯 Matt and Ethan helped us out with reviewing some firearm choices. John was there too, making his informative comparo videos with a videographer. After speaking with Matt and Ethan, we decided to hit the range to try out the rental handguns (9mm Sig for me and Glock for my husband). Ethan was really nice and comprehensive with his quick tutorial on gun safety and range basics. We bought eyewear and safety earmuffs since we preferred to have our own vs. renting the eqpt. We also bought 2 circle targets to practice our aiming and headed off to the range. The range itself was functional, and everything worked. It was very hot, though, since it seems the ac was off. 2 other guests were using the range when we came in, but left soon after we loaded our guns (no correlation haha 🙃). After the range, Ethan helped us make a more informed decision about buying firearms that fit our handling criteria. We plan to be back again to make our purchase 👍 Thanks, guys!

Avoid this place at all costs. I came here with a Groupon, expecting a decent experience. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and outright disgusted. I bought ammo from the store — same brand and caliber they sell inside the range — but when I tried to use it, I was told I couldn’t. No explanation that made sense, just a vague claim that it could “mess up the gun.” When I offered to sign a waiver, they flat-out refused. But what made it worse? The attitude. The guy helping us was rude, sarcastic, and talked down to us like we didn’t matter. His energy was oppressive — like he enjoyed the power trip of denying us. And when we left? He didn’t care. No attempt to fix the issue, no decency, nothing. This place doesn’t deserve your money, your time, or your trust. If you value basic respect and common sense, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of ranges that know how to treat people like human beings. This isn’t one of them.

My boyfriend and I have gone here a couple times to shoot and we loved it because it was close to home. I signed my boyfriend up for the security class D (unarmed) on April 19th and called the lady that was partially in charge and she said she had him booked. I called a couple days before the class was supposed start to confirm that he was booked to be told that his name was not on the list, this was on April 30th. The lady then told me to tell him to go to the class either way so that he could see if they would still add him to the list, he went almost 2 hours early just to be ahead of the line and see if they would take him. They said they would and later on sent 10 people home, my boyfriend included. I got a call from the same lady apologizing and giving us a new date for the class and again we were okay with it we were being patient. My boyfriend and I finally agree to just get a refund because through the that whole hassle he finally got a job and didn’t need the license anymore. I called for a refund about 2-3 weeks ago never got it. I decided to call again last week May 26th, the lady shad apologized again saying it should’ve gone through or that she “forgot” and said she would put it on Justin’s desk. She then says it’ll have gone through by the end of the week. The end of the week goes by and no refund, Monday morning new week no refund. I called this weekend before Monday and she said Justin would be there on Monday, I came Monday he wasn’t there so I wasted gas for nothing. The next time I came the person in charge couldn’t even give me the check refund themselves they sent an associate to give it to me. No apology, nothing for the mess they gave us. Ever since I have not come here. I understand COVID is giving you guys a restriction with capacity but you guys are highly unorganized it’s ridiculous.

The reason why I was getting a refund was because of the inconvenience you guys provided. My boyfriend was set and paid for a class that you guys never scheduled on your end and that’s the reason why you guys said we could get a refund because this happened 2 times not one. Before you reply you should read the full review. That goes to show you don’t care as much and your customer service is...

Came to this location on March 1, 2020. The staff was dismissive, and although their website stated they had a firearm I was interested in purchasing, they did not have it the store. That's understandable, and not a deal breaker. However the problem comes from the employee's who simply stated "just because its on our website doesn't mean we have it in the store. We got it with our supplier, we can ship it". With that statement he walked away from me, he did not ask what i was interested in, or try to help me in any way. I then noticed they had the same firearm that I wanted to purchase, but only for rental. I thought this is still okay, at least I can handle the firearm and get a feel for it before asking them to order it. Again I got the same dismissive, hostile attitude from the other employee. Getting him to show me the firearm was like pulling teeth. I think maybe he didn't understand somehow that I would still be purchasing form them through their online store. When I told him I wanted to purchase this firearm through their online store his entire response was "why". I left after that, and have no interest in returning. It's a shame, this experience is common for gun shops, and is the reason they aren't doing well anymore.

UPDATE 2023: This update should have been done a long time ago, however I forgot to do so. After I posted this review, the owner reached out to me and offered an apology, and several offers to correct what had happened. He made no excuses, owned situation and more than made up for it. Any business with that kind of ownership is worth visiting, even after one...

I simply attempted to leave a one star and leave it at that. However, in response to the owner I’ll detail my experience. I am a Law Enforcement Firearms instructor and teach for numerous agencies and government contractors. A few weeks ago, I contacted Reigs and scheduled a time. When I arrived to the range with my officers, we were greeted with frustration by one of the employees. As we explained that we had made an appointment and reserved two lanes it was apparent that we were not welcome here. No matter what we tried to say, our words were met with resistance. At no time were we offered a logical explanation why we were not allowed to shoot other than that the person who made the reservation was not at the range. No attempt was made to try to accommodate us in any way. I feel that other outside instructors and their students are treated with disdain. After all Reigs seems to have “their own” instructor who was actually present, occupying the lanes we had reserved weeks before. Nevertheless there is a silver lining to this experience. Subsequently this prompted me to seek out relationships with other ranges. Locations that actually have parking, have adequate ventilation, employees that are skilled in customer service, and don’t smell like a sewer. I’d encourage shooters to use another range. Ego should be absent from places like this.. Perhaps business is so good here that the employees feel customer service isn’t important. That’s sad. It’s the customers that make a location truly great,...
