ive been here a few times stopped going because their meat started to always look gross in old. i just got several dried sausages from them and kinda a rip off.. how can the regular dried beef be half the size of the flavored beef? and cost the same? The product its self is meh ok its hardly dried maybe cooked?. the outside is still very soft and so is the inside. Ive always like a real good snap from DRIED sausage but guess thats how they make it. Their shrink wrapping of the dried sausage is loose and airy so cant actually save it plus with all the moist meat its bound to go bad pretty fast compared to really dried sausage. Now their website well all i can say is do not click on the FINAL SUBMIT when trying to get a total price on shipping. Went for the first time today to give a local Shop business. I like small businesses. Was greeted and helped very friendly. Bought some pre made frozen dinner items and 2 breasts of Chicken. Came home and put everything away. An hour later I took the chicken out to start to use it. It smelled bad. I had my husband smell it and he said it didn’t smell good either. The date on it was 8’days ago i noticed. I called and didn’t get much help so went back with the chicken. First Gentlemen took the chicken smelled it didn’t say anything and went in back. A younger kid came out and was trying to do everything to help me. A man came out and snapped at him then asked my Problem. I told him the chicken smelled bad and i brought it back. One was open one wasn’t. He went to check it and came back and said it smelled fine it might have aired out from the drive. Ok if you say so. I wouldn’t return it if it smelled good as it took more time to return it and go to Granzin’s to get more. I was late for a meeting it wasn’t an extra hour i had planned to take. He told the kid to just refund me and snapped at him h to do it. He was trying his best. Teach him don’t yell and i didn’t want to return it nor waste money throwing it away either. He refunded and i left. 8 Days after packaging doesn’t sound good to me and they were the last 2 left in the fridge when i got there. Bought chicken breast Saturday 26.2018. Opened it on Tuesday the 29th. It was grey and smelled bad! Tried to email them but that doesn’t work. Called them and took it back. The girl asked if I wanted my money back or chicken. Got my money back. No apology, nothing. When I said the reason I went there is that I thought it was fresh meat. She rolled her eyes and started to walk away. My daughter said wit no apology and she said I gave her money back and my daughter told her she could of made me sick and she just rolled her eyes again!
