I will start by saying: giving this place even ONE star is being gracious. I have never experienced such awful customer service. I went on Friday and dealt with the rudest girl imaginable. First off, she hardly acknowledged me while I was ordering. She spent the majority of her time yacking away with an older lady working there and when she would return her attention to me, it was as if I happened to be the biggest inconvenience ever. When it was time to add veggies to my sandwich, I had asked for avocado after she put lettuce on my sandwich, which made this girl throw an absolute tantrum! She literally threw her arms up and said, "You are supposed to tell me this BEFORE I put on lettuce!!" Then she proceeded to smash this avocado spread into my sandwich so aggressively, she practically mutilated that half of the sandwich, sending lettuce flying everywhere! Then she held up the knife at me and said, "NOW I have to go wash this because there is lettuce and mayo all over it." I was stunned. Not only did I witness this girl's meltdown over this as she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes, then she admitted she wasn't washing utensils between sandwiches. That is gross! Common sense evidently isn't her strong suit because she could have VERY easily put the avocado on the other half of the sandwich that didn't have the lettuce. She continually rolled her eyes and once she was done, she THREW my sandwich on the counter, and then immediately ran to the back talking about me to her coworker. If I wasn't pressed for time because I had an appointment at the clinic next door, I would have walked away immediately and not paid for anything there. I understand someone can have a bad day, but this isn't the first time I've dealt with their atrocious service here; this just happened to be the worst of it. I will not be wasting my time or money here again. That girl needs to find herself a new job, or a therapist to deal with whatever she is...

The female employee with curly, brown, frizzy hair was working and I told her I wanted 3 sandwiches and told her what kind. For the roasted garlic she said they didn’t have the Garcia aoli. Well that changed things, so I asked for tuna. I then realized the bread I had gotten was Italian herbs and tuna just wasn’t going to work on this. I then told her I wanted to change to wheat bread and she yelled at me for wasting food and proceeded to tell me how I’m wasting money and that I needed to try to tell them before. I know companies allow for waste, and honestly I just thought she would scrap the tuna off and put it on the wheat bread. It wasn’t a big deal, but she threw my sandwich around and kept mumbling under her breath. Worst customer service. I hope that $6 sandwich came out of her paycheck.

The two working need training, looked like they haven't worked a day in their lives.The girl had an attitude and was very to rude to the manager, my father, and I. I was not given double the meat in my protein bowl. The guy had no idea what he was doing, the manager had to constantly correct him. He put the meat at the bottom of the bowl.
