Swan Lake Estates — Attraction in Tucson

I have lived here now over 14 years never had any problems probably the most beautiful place in Tucson We have a beautiful lakes lots of activities and a very nice clubhouse So many wonderful things and memories I have here The Con Why are they now letting homeless people live here with elderly people ? My neighbor just let this lady move in Jackie and she walks the place all night long and smells like skunk weed I am concerned about this especially now that visitors we don't know are always showing up at his space This lady talks about religion all the time while she smells like Marijuana bad at night She's been asking people if there are any senior men looking for a special caregiver here . This community is by far the best 55+ community that I have ever seen. The Owner John Esquivel is an amazing person who treats his employees and residents with a lot of respect and supports them.

The site managers Jim and Tanya are amazing, and they have done so much improvements during my visits to this place and it's always changing and improving to make this even better than it is a month ago. One of the biggest i.improvements is that they invested in installing solar all over the community to reduce the cost of electricity.

Probably the most restrictive place for visiting families. Came to visit my mother in law, sit by the pond and fish. Within minutes management came and told us we needed to go until they realized our MIL was here. Have to be supervised at all time when out of the home. We were then told her visitor pass is only good for one person. We’re not allowed to use any of the park amenities, including the island at the pond. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to actually visit your family and want to enjoy the weather. So many people looking out their windows and calling if anyone who isn’t a resident is out....
