Let me start off by saying if I could give this place -100 stars I would! I was going to the drive thru to pick up a door dash order, well I got the food just fine but when they handed me the drinks in the drink carrier they did it with an attitude and made me spill both drinks all over my lap in my car and ruined my sweatshirt my dying mother just bought me! Then I look at the drinks they weren’t sealed then when I tell them they need to refill these and put a seal on it like they should’ve done to begin with!! They tried to tell me they usually don’t do that and don’t have a sticker to cover it, well they found the sticker and give me back the drinks with an extremely ugly attitude I’m going to go to the hospital to get my legs looked at because they burned my legs with the hot coffee so I called to report this to the manager at the thornydale location and he said he doesn’t even go there because how bad the employees attitudes are! Adrianna and Kiley were the two that gave me such terrible customer service and leg burns. I will be going to the hospital and if the owner doesn’t make this right with me I will be taking...

Hi! I just wanted to leave a review in mind of previous demeaning and unkind comments! Road Runner is a great local coffee place and everyone there always goes above and beyond to make delicious drinks/food. I love that every worker has their own personality and dresses how they would like (compared to corporate companies that are uniform and less expressive.) I especially love the lady who always wears vintage / thrifted pieces (like that one shirt of former President Barrack Obama. What a cool shirt!) She is always so professional and so kind, and is always making people laugh! In all, I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves a good coffee shop. I hope the customer who judged an employee very harshly has a better day. Maybe some Road Runner coffee can help. It most certainly always makes...

I've been to the Wetmore location twice and they've been wonderful each time. Regina was particularly amazing and helped both me and my husband get delicious drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and pastry one afternoon last month. She was the sweetest person and made our afternoon that much better. The second time I came by in the morning with the pupper and the morning crew was full of happy good vibes and surprised my floofy boi with the best treat he could have asked for.
