Whataburger — Restaurant in Arizona

Me and my friend and his mother went there three different times and each time they messed up our order we had brought it back to them the first time we brought it back and they said we had to receipt and they had told us to come back the next day when the manager is in we came back and they did not refund us our food they just gave us an apple turnover one Appleton turnover for three meals I think that the people at the register were pocketing the money now there are two new managers there I believe two guys and they are very good are meals have not been messed up since then so I'm pretty sure that it was the other two female managers that were there that were stealing money because after we made a complete complain to the corporate office and went into that store the females were walking out to their car with bags of food when you're getting off work and they were giving us dirty looks and talking about us too dessert personnel with yeah they were bad apples I believe in my opinion the place is great now enjoy it enjoy the food I suggest the mushroom Swiss burger combo with a chocolate shake num num very good thank you for coming to our area to shop remember buy American this is Kevin Cannon thank you for your time and good luck to everybody with the covid maybe healthy and your family be...

The last 3x I have been to this Whataburger there have been issues. I havent complained to anyone there b/c I hate being petty and everyone is entitled to make a mistake. However, last 3x I ordered my burger (which automatically does NOT have cheese on it) has had cheese. I specifically say multiple times make sure no cheese as I am allergic to it..... Also. I order the sandwich only and a drink, NEVER a combo yet I am always automatically charged for a combo meal. If I wanted a combo. I would ask for whatever combo # it is. Today, all I ordered was a shake and I sat at the actual drive-thru window for 12minutes without ever being greeted, never got my payment, was never even acknowledged. Finally I seen an employee that looked to be coming on shift and had to get his attn from my car window and ask what was going on. They never even apologized for the wait (and there were NO cars ahead of me at all). Finally a mgr came and collected my full payment and gave me my shake......but NO straw. I was so irritated by the whole ordeal and from the previous 3x experiences that I didnt even want to ask for the straw. I used to love this Whataburger but now I would rather drive to the one on the SW side of town than...

I won’t lie. I love Whataburger, but the atmosphere the store itself it all just looks Dingy outdated and gross. When I say gross, it literally looks like it hasn’t been kept up with maintaining sanitary environment sorry not sorry. I always wanna give this location, the benefit of the doubt but now no. I have recently gotten Whataburger a few times and every single time I get some form of food poisoning. It is not funny. I’m not surprised, barely keeping up with the health code isn’t a thing for that location. The staff is great, quick and efficient, It’s just something with the food and how it’s being handled or made that makes me absolutely so sick. I got Whataburger yesterday I’m pretty soon after that I Immediately started having rapid shakes and feeling like I was about to pass out. The only thing that made me feel better was throwing up. After getting it out of my system, I was great and that was the only thing I had eaten that day. After that whole experience, sad to say that I will not be eating at Whataburger again, nor suggesting it to loved ones closest to me. Please do better maybe close the store for a day and do a deep...
