READ BBB REVIEWS ABOUT THE CORPORATE & AVOID ALL THEIR APARTMENTS!
UPDATE: When my lease ended I moved to a different unit in a different building. It's been less than a month and terrible roach issues. Spoke to neighbors and I'm convinced this whole complex does.
2023-2024 This is only one of the issues, there are more. A tenant had a roach infestation. I found out from a neighbor & spoke to the office who knew, but NEVER told the surrounding tenants. Everyone could have taken proper precautions! E-mailed the office on how I am finding 5+ roaches a day! I have taken out everything in my cabinets & drawers & washed them multiple times due to roaches. I was told they will schedule me for a roach clean out. I had to reach back out to the office because I did not hear back for a week! I was told they scheduled me, but didn't even confirm with me. The day of, I get a call to be told pest control (the regular monthly one) is coming & can spray anywhere I need to inside & have to reschedule for the actual roach clean out because they never got confirmation! Seriously? Pest control never came do the regular spray. The roach issue is a health hazard & inhabitable! After 2 weeks, I was finally scheduled with a timeframe between 11am-2pm. I was to take everything out of the cabinets and drawers again, so I did & put everything in bags the night prior. Day comes & I'm told at 2pm they will be coming later. They arrived after 3:30pm. We weren't allowed back into the apartment until 2-3 hrs after the roach cleanout. They stated I'll see more activity within 72 hrs & then I should be good. After 9 days is when I was able to put things back in the bathrooms & bedrooms ONLY, because the kitchen still had so much activity. I had e-mailed the office to let them know this & how I had to throw out a bunch of good food, toaster & a rice cooker because roaches got in them. I ate out daily for a week because I couldn't use my kitchen. They did not respond until the next day around noon, asking if they could complete an inspection. I responded right back asking the time. Again, they did not respond until the next morning, stating inspection won't take long & would like to come within 30 minutes. I work and need more of a notice, but when I responded, I let them know they are more than welcome to come. Went 3 days with no response. When they finally came to "inspect" all they did was open 2-3 cabinet doors and did a quick glance, not even a thorough look. Same behind the fridge, quick look "I don't see any roaches" & then had the audacity to Google roach infestation & showed me images & told me that's what it needs to look like for them to basically do anything, which they probably still won't. Told me 5+ roaches a day is just not to my liking. Dismissive & disrespectful! The stress, things lost, money wasted all due to their lack of caring for the property. Zero compensation. Most of these new & good reviews are from people who just signed the lease and just praising the office on the leasing process but have not lived in the complex long. The office will ask newcomers for a good review. Their social media & posts are DECEIVING. Not a good place to live at all. After signing a lease, they lack care for the residence. "It's aparment living" is their favorite line. There are other affordable places that will actually care even AFTER you sign a lease.
Also there has been alot of criminal activities. They let anyone rent and let people not on the lease to live with people. Homeless roam within the complex. They also allow harassment, criminal activities by other tenants and refuse to step in or keep the place safe because they are desperate to keep people and state "this is a business". Only quick to evict you if you miss rent by even 2 days because I've heard those stories. They only care about money.
Their response on how they take this "serious" & worked "delligently" is untrue. Reach out if any other issues?! I have been for months to be ignored & dismissed. Office called me and asked me to change my review or to delete it?...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe lived here for 1.5 years. Loved the location being close to everything. Office staff was nice and helpful. We had difficulties removing a wall mount when moving out and maintenance did it for us. Maintenance request were usually handled the same day the request was putin. The pool was always clean. There is a laundry room, but we had our own washer and dryer so I cant speak to itās condition. They have a nice deployment policy that cuts the rent in half while one spouse is deployed even if the other still living there while the other is deployed. Very military friendly. Complaints are that it was extremely loud and they seemed to enter our apartment frequently. We lived on the second floor and the people above us walked like hippos and had a dog who barked all the time. We did complain to the office about the dog barking, but itās a dog and they couldnāt do anything about it. Itās an apartment so itās not going to be as quiet as a house. We would turn a large fan on at night to help block sound. It seems like itās a very young population that lives here, so maybe not the best community for a family With young children. They had inspections frequently. We had a pet which we didnāt like people entering when we werenāt home. They would not reschedule to accommodate this. They donāt notify you when you have a package delivered to the office which is annoying. Otherwise we enjoyed...

We never had any complaints against us, we never damaged anything while we lived there, and we always paid rent on time. Yet we somehow got a negative renters review when we moved due to my deployment. It just seems like they made things much more difficult than they had to be when we tried to move. We gave a 30 day notice and paid a full months worth of rent in advance before we moved, but we weren't told that we weren't getting a prorated rent refund until after we had already turned in our keys. We paid the $300 pet fee, which we also weren't told wasn't refundable, and had to pay an additional $55 "pet treatment fee" when we moved out. Everyone who works in the leasing office must take a 2 hour lunch at the same time, because nobody was there between 11:00am-1:00pm every time I've tried to call. Maintenance was also slow to respond, as we had plenty of issues with wasps nests and the smoke detectors that never got resolved. It took 3 phone calls and almost a full week until someone got rid of the wasps nests on our balcony. I wouldn't recommend moving in here due to all the problems we had. You'd think they would treat military families much better, seeing as Jacksonville is...
