Tillamook Ice Cream — Attraction in Tillamook

Love this company and it's ice cream. Recently purchased Mint Chocolate Chip, my grandson's favorite and Caramel Swirl which is mine. The only thing is, it was all vanilla ice cream and no Caramel in it. Kept searching and searching as I thought it may have gone to the bottom, but to no avail, no Caramel. I purchased it at a local market in Slingerlands, NY. Will this company send a coupon to purchase another flavor to replace this container. Really disappointed as this is the first time this has ever happened. I know mistakes happen, but would love the company to compensate for the missing Caramel in this Caramel Swirl Ice Cream. I stopped into this establishment shortly within minutes of them closing. Customers still inside taking photos/videos. I kindly asked Daniel C. at the front door if I could enter just so I can take a photo next to the road trip photo op area inside. His words in return “We’re sorry we are closed and proceeded to close the door.” Well, Daniel… you awarded the company a 1 star on your behalf. Hello. After finding ingredients in my ice cream that weren’t needed after research, I came up with the Tillamook brand. So I tried it. I’m not impressed. I thought this would be the ice cream to top all ice cream. I have tried the vanilla which was just cold mush in my mouth no taste. I tried the Oregon strawberry. Hmmm…. And now I have tried the White chocolate raspberry. I’m still not impressed. You can see the pictures. It should be called vanilla ice cream with a light raspberry swirl. That’s not white chocolate.
