Your Roots Beauty Supply — Attraction in Kennesaw

So on this good Sunday morning I remembered I had an engagment to be at later so I went to the Beauty supply store but I remembered this one specifically bc its ran by a Black Woman and I thought “I should support my people” I went in the store after grabbing a few makeup items and a hair comb I proceeded to the front counter and asked the lady (owner im assuming) did she have an Bold lace glue she said yes I have Bold Hold for $42 and I have the Ghost Bond for $36 I said $36 Dollarssssss!!!!????? 🥴 When did GhostBond (the knockoff brand of BoldHold) become $36??? Ive probably been wearing wigs longer then my Grandma when did lace glue become $36? I then politely showed her on Google everywhere in America has GhostBond for $19.99 or less and she proceeded to tell me thats because its fake and yada-yada-yada 🗣️🙄 so thats when I politely asked would she be willing to price match she said no and that I could just go to the asians so to the asians I went and they were way more polite and greatly accepted my service. This my friend is a great example of why you cant Patronize a bald head black woman these mfa’z always tryna get over on some darn body! Its always the black people. So disgusting! Ghost Bond aint...

I visited this beauty supply while traveling in GA and had the best experience. I had a hair emergency before a concert and needed some bundles hair to add to my box braids for the boho look. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner (to my surprise) and she was so patient and informative while we went through the different brands that would work best with for the style. I highly suggest this store if you’re looking to support a black owned business. We have a ton of them in Houston and I always go out of my way to support these local businesses. I’m glad I stumbled across one in GA.

I've had the best customer service experience in this beauty supply store. The professionalism and the willingness to help was exceptional. I went in and wasn't sure what type of hair I needed for my upcoming hair appointment. Not everyone is knowledgeable about buying hair and I'm one of those people. She didn't make me feel bad because I wasn't knowledgeable, she assisted me and gave me suggestions that were helpful.
