Big Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Georgia

The food is just alright I came yesterday purchased 2 fish sandwiches the fish itself is ok but they put so much tartar sauce (which taste like mayo and relish, disgusting) that I had to get rid of my bread however we decided to come back the next day (today) to get a fish combo which states it comes with Cole slaw, fries and bread. This what I can tell you if you're looking to go somewhere with horrible service the dude behind the counter will give that to you. and you will receive horrible service as well as him having no knowledge of whats on the menu. The menu they have is false advertisement. I came in to get the fish combo and according to the menu it states it comes with fries, Cole slaw and bread I also confirmed with the dude behind the counter and he says yes it comes with bread but when I got my food I was missing Cole slaw and bread. When I go back to retrieve my missing items they gave me such a hard time over bread that they advertised, stating the bread that's listed on their menu which is also posted on the wall is an error. I told them that's not my problem. They are suppose to honor what they advertised. These people had a nerve to attempt to charge me for bread and stating they have a shortage in bread (wonder bread that is) as if they can't go get some cheap white bread from the grocery store. Since they didn't want to give me my bread, I asked for a refund. These people are so dumb that they would rather refund me almost $40 and loose a potiental repeat customer to keep from giving me 2 slices of white bread that's worth no more than 50 cents. When it's clear as day on the menu. Very bad business. I received a refund and gave my food back and I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't resell it to the next person after me and my partners hands been all over the food. I will never go there again. Horrible customer service from the dude who act as if he doing you a favor and just plain out bad business. A true business person would have enough sense not to loose money or repeat customers over 2 slices of...

My husband found this place randomly & brought us home food from them. The food was really good so about 2 weeks ago I asked my husband to call & order us dinner. My husband called while he was out running errands & after he spoke w/the lady he called me back very upset because the lady was rude & hung up in her face. Because he was so upset about their interaction I thought it wouldn’t be a good idea for him to pick up food from there & instead I told him to go somewhere else. I called the lady back to tell her about the interaction & when she answered she seemed like she didn’t want to tell me her name. I asked if she was the manager or owner & she identified herself as a manager. I explained to her the circumstances & she immediately denied hanging up the phone on my husband. I have done several customer service jobs to know that you don’t challenge the customer in that manner & I mentioned that to her. I didn’t want them to start the order & waste their food so I told her to cancel the order & that we were disappointed with the experience this day especially because we are repeat customers. I so badly wanted to like this place, but sadly, I just couldn't. The food was NOT good. I ordered the shrimp dynamite bowl and onion rings and a homemade drink. The dynamite bowl, was wayyyy too salty. And very spicy. The spiciness of the food took over the taste. And the saltiness was overwhelming. Couldn't even enjoy it. The onion rings were hard and cold when I received them. And they charged me 0.25 for honey mustard to dip the onion rings. Never seen that before..... was I supposed to just eat the onion rings cold and dry??? And there was a large portion size of them so how would that work? And then the drink was wayyyyyy too sweet! Unbearably sweet! Like they dumped way too much sugar in the batch. It tasted more like sugar than an actual drink. I think it was the most unhealthy meal I've ever eaten in my life. I am giving 1 star because of the great customer service however. But I definitely will not...
