My daughter, grandson and I were all at the pool today and beings my daughter had to run out to her car to grab something they would not allow her back into the pool. "The manager onsite" Jackson was rather rude and claimed my daughter was a safety issue due to being at max capacity. We were there all afternoon and were included in that max capacity. By removing my daughter no one should have been allowed in to keep the pool at capacity. The three of us left and Jackson let three people in our place to come in the pool. So, by letting three people in we all should have been allowed to stay. I tried to explain this to Jackson and he was rather rude, kept talking over me and lacks customer service skills. When asked to talked to his manager he stated she was doing other things in the park right now and that and he was it. If Jackson is going to be in a position as such I believe some supervisory and customer management training needs to be provided.

Also, we had been out to the car one other time without any issue. Jackson stated he tried to get my daughters attention as she was walking out empty handed and when asked why he didn't go after her he stated because he was talking to other people in line. There were plenty of staff just sitting in the office that could have managed the people waiting in...

Went here for a state tournament for the 8U machine pitch. We entered the park to watch our team. There was no place to pay and I was a little surprised. Most state tournaments want an admission fee. After about 1 hour I saw some policemen walking that I thought were underage. They were high school kids training to be police. They walked by and didn't say a word to me. I sent my 14 year old son over to another field to see what teams were playing and check the score. He returned saying he was accosted by the 2 kids that said he couldn't be in the park without an armband. By the time he explained what happened I turned and they were on my hip. They had chased him over to me to see where he went. I explained we didn't see an admission table and they explained it was on the other side of the park, but "Should have been a admission on the side we entered on". We could all see that there wasn't. I sent my son to go buy our arm bands. Anyways, had the park been set up properly this Hassel could have been avoided. I didn't appreciate it as we didn't drive 3.5 hours to skip out on the gate fee. Further more I continued to watch as half the people there didn't have arm bands and watched them jr. Police walk right past them...

I took my nephew fishing . He caught a bass I caught a cat. The ponds? Are so overtaken with 🐒. I'm surprised we caught fish. There is always something going on. Huge park. Something for everyone. They just added a "dog park" lol No path for disabled people, NO light turned on when it gets dark. There is a light post with a light, just not working? No benches to sit while your dog plays no shade. We all know how dang hot it can get. If you're going to build a "dog park" follow through. Don't just put a fence around the back 40 and call it a dog park. That is my biggest complaint. P.s others have told me their dis satisfaction with the "dog park" that's what I listed above. They do have a lot of fun stuff to do. Pool, 2 fishing holes, lots of room to walk, play baseball, soccer, basketball, a playground. Over all I...

Went to the Fall Festival. It took 15 minutes to see all they had to offer. Not many vendors except to hand out candy to the kids. A few food trucks, and that was it. $20 for a turkey leg! And it was dry! I like going to the Rabbit Fest, now called the Spring Festival, when they have it here. They have live bands, fireworks, carnival rides and games, lots of food vendors, vendors selling crafts, and much more. It is usually $5 for parking and lasts for 3 days, Friday through Sunday.

If I could have stayed all night I would have. I have been dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and I hav head a few panic attacks over the last few weeks. I decided to go back to the basic and to be one with the outside. Any idea knows me I don’t do outside but the ducks were a great addition that allowed me release in a positive health way. I will return because this is what I needed to bring me back to my happy place

We LOVE the wild life here 100% but the city really needs to clean up the park more. Yesterday we saw 4 injured ducks and I'm sure half of the injuries were caused by human waste. πŸ˜” I threw away 3 stray fishing lines that could've cause more damage. But the trash and grossness in the lake was very sad. Other then that noise our family loves coming here to give them BIRD SEED πŸ˜ŠπŸ¦’πŸ¦†πŸ£
