I rented the venue last Sunday and they gave me a number to call if we had issues. The sound system I paid for did not work!! No sound and microphones were dead. When I called the number it was an incorrect t number of someone who doesn’t even work there. I called 3 days to ask for a refund for the system and they refuse to reimburse justifying that if the projector turned on they wouldn’t reimburse. On top of that I paid extra for the kitchen and the warming section didn’t work, one side of the oven didnt work either but they won’t reimburse. Their facility fails and they keep your money. They lost a customer over $200 that they don’t want...

Was a very cozy place. Venders were very diverse in terms of a variety if goods. People were super friendly. Loved the event his time. I got a burger from the mason lodge truck and was good. We were so enthralled im conversation that the guy forgot to put my meat on my burger but was quick to resolve it and offered me a free soda to make amens but i denied as it was a simple mistake since we were laughing and joking while he made it.
