Playground at Mountain Gate Park — Attraction in Corona

Great park to bring the whole family. Easy access to all areas of the park from any way you enter the park. There is something for everyone. There is a basketball court, about four or five tennis courts, a playground for the kids to enjoy, a large grass area or areas where people can kick the ball around or let their dog loose within reason, 3 baseball diamonds for different age groups, and a very large picnic area where you can host a party with at least 4 to 6 cement picnic benches and barbecue pits for charcoal type barbecue. I think you have to RSVP somehow for the picnic area. There is also a walkway for just leisurely walking around perimeter of the park I believe. All around a nice Park. Today, I did notice that it could have used a little cleaning around the picnic area, but probably due to weekend use and they might clean it sometime during the week. Our house backs onto the park. Our daughter loves running around there. The playground is slightly in disrepair. No dog bags; rude people have recently been leaving their dogs' messes lying around.
