Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors — Restaurant in Corona

Stix in general is ever changing, in just about every case it's for the worse. Cutting off Szechuan beef, their longest staple the chicken and vegetables and other dishes in favor of fusion and trying to bring in other styles.

Their latest initiatives have revamped the menu yet again and frankly it's just a waste of time to go there. Being told menu favorites that have been changed are just the same as other items (what a sham) and just a sense that Stix is caught up trying to deliver to a demographic I guess I no longer match. Instead of trying to slug it out with Pei Wei, why not inspect if you've alienated your original customer base, because you have.

Pick Up Stix’s is no longer what it used to be. Prices have increased, the service has slowed, and the taste has changed for the worse. We recently ordered $75 dollars worth of food via a family value pack and to our dismay were shocked when we were told if we wanted “extra sauce” we would have to pay more. I am not sure in what world one, 4 ounce sauce cup could ever be enough for 4 orders of white rice…. Absolutely ridiculous. The business model should be to retain customers not shoo them away.

P.S for spending so much money the food platter wasn’t even filled up to the top. I get it, times are tough but this is over the top.

It's hit or miss. Don't get me wrong, I love the drunken chicken noodles, Chinese chicken salad, and I recently discovered their wonton soup. Last week I used the app to order firecracker chicken. The app said my order would be ready in 20 mins. Usually, the app is correct. I waited an extra 25 mins in the restaurant for my meal. And it wasn't worth the wait. I will not order firecracker chicken again and will stick to my usual dishes. The firecracker chicken had too much batter and at times felt like I was just eating batter. The sauce was like molasses.
