Drove from Central Utah to go try this trail and we didn’t make it all the way to the falls. Got up to the parking at 8am on Saturday morning and the parking was horrendous. We had to find a random spot on the side of the road and got a parking ticket. So pay attention to where you’re parked so you don’t get cited. Also, there was a lot of people on bikes and running so please drive safe and watch for people! There were no signs for the trail so we had no clue where we were going. Found “a” sign, not sure if we were in the right place, and it was the only sign for the mile we hiked. We had my friends kids with us and they did great on the hike. Whatever trail we were on was beautiful and very shady. Make sure you do your research to find the trail before going up lol.

3/27/24 A nice small 20(ish) ft waterfall just off the road. Went while it was quite Snowy, so if you have intentions to visit these falls soon, remember to either bring snowshoes or follow the previously trodden snow paths (the short Descent on the way back is quite slick). The Falls themselves slide sideways into a small alcove but can't be viewed all too close without getting your feet wet. There's also an old mine next to the falls, but I wouldn't recommend entering it (signs say not too, and I could see water coming out of it, signifying presence of water within, which I wasn't brave enough to check if it was just snowmelt, or a flood within.)

A safe and beautiful trail right off a road. Somewhat small and tricky quantity of parking available. After seeing the waterfall, we took a trail which zigzagged up the side of a mountain, but later lead into a forest and along a creek. Really lovely and safe, with no risky drop offs or areas where the trail was sloped too steeply, along the side of the mountain. I was happy with how safe it was in the snow. There were very few people on the trail as it was snowy and somewhat cold. We were the first to make footprints in the snow, around noon.
