TheBizTechs — Attraction in Coventry

When I tell everyone this I don’t mean this lightly I don’t write people or companies reviews but for this business they deserve nothing but the very best. My pc had been having problems for a while until one night it turned on to be stuck on a black screen so the next day I called around comparing prices and almost all of these businesses gave me no help whatsoever just money up front to just look at the computer until I came across “TheBizTechs”. I proceeded to call this business and tell owner my computer troubles and what does he do but instantly give me solution after solution over the phone like didn’t even bring up a price until I asked him which was almost like asking your really good friend who can fix computers questions. I then come in to the store and this man ends up figuring out my computer troubles in a single short afternoon while other places say it would take them days but to be sure every problem is fixed I keep it over night for him to continue to see if their is anything else wrong just to find out both my windows 11 and D drive is corrupted but this guy recovers every single file I had on the drive literally every single one. On top of everything as I’m there having small talk about upgrading my computer while waiting he proceeds to help me understand how to do small stuff like placing in ram in my pc and other smaller things while most places I been too would just ask for the money to do it there for me rather then just say it’s something easy like “this”. Honestly these big companies are here to scam every last dollar out of you just to tell you your computer isn’t working see it’s not turning on lol and ofc we want our stuff to be fixed but it’s a small growing business that cares about their customers that deserve every right thrive and this business deserves our communities continued support. I’m a student at UConn and thought my laptop was completely fried. I was super stressed because I need it for school. The shop was only about 10 minutes from campus so I decided to give it a try after seeing all the amazing reviews.

They were so friendly and made the whole thing way less nerve-racking. I dropped my laptop off at 12:30 and had it back by 3. I was shocked at how fast they fixed it. He explained what was wrong with it in a way I could understand, I felt like I was talking to my dad, super patient and kind. It was also very affordable, which was a huge relief. On top of that, they even found and removed some sketchy hacking software I didn’t even know I had.

I was having a computer problem I could not solve. I also just installed a mesh network in our house and was having some issues with that too. Finally, I had to breakdown and seek someone who could help resolve my technical issues.

I decided to visit TheBizTech in Coventry. I met with Jay Stankiewicz the owner and technician. He solved my computer problem . He also discussed with me my networking issues and let me borrow a usb-c adapter so I could bring it home and test my network. He solved my networking issues. His computer and network skillset was superb. He spent time with me. He was more than generous with his time and what he charged me.
