Cardiovascular Institute of New England — Attraction in Cranston

What a terrible experience I had with Dr Faherty at this practice. I would not recommend this Doctor at all. I saw her twice and on my third visit she came into the room and said she was sending me to another Cardio group because I couldn't afford to do the tests she wanted me to do. How sad is that. Instead of building up a huge bill I let her know ahead of time I would have to put money aside before doing the tests. I understood that without the tests her ability to treat me was limited but I needed some time to put the money aside. Obviously Dr Faherty didn't care. I wrote and called Dr Mazza who oversees this facility to explain the situation and he never bothered to call me back. Also, I'm unable to get my records back. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor or any in this practice to anyone. No empathy, no warmth just the bottom...

Westerly Location. The woman who did my mothers Echocardiogram on 4/24 early morning was unbelievably unprofessional. My mother had paperwork that showed that the appointment was at 8am. The woman who dealt with us rudely told us that we were late and can't be seen. That the appointment was apparently at 7:45am. We had paperwork saying different. The tone and attitude that was given to us was unnecessary. There are ways to speak to people and she could have explained things differently. We were floored. She then asked the Dr if it was ok to take us anyways. We ended up being able to get in. I had a stress test done 10 days ago because my doctor was very concerned about my heart. So I went to cardiovascular institute of New England. The report has not been released yet as the doctor has not signed off on it I have an appointment with my doctor to discuss the results of this stress test and I literally had to reschedule it because cardiovascular institute of New England has not had it signed off yet the report has been ready for 10 days! I am very disappointed and I feel that my health is the utmost important to me and apparently the doctor that signs off on the reports at cardiovascular institute doesn't feel the same way about his patients.
