To be honest, I never had the opportunity to attend. The program was canceled due to inclement weather. However I did stumble upon a Confederate reenactment unit that was putting on a display of battlefield formations and how they would discharge their weapons in an engagement. Did not realize the different variations on how you could engage the enemy. Very informative. What struck me was the amount of smoke that created in such a short, 1 hour, demonstration. Can't imagine what it would have been like with 10 to 20 thousand soldiers PLUS...
