So far this season we are not having a good time . A few things that I'm not understanding and the staff aren't correcting . The bench wars. With the temperature increasing it will be packed and sometimes you have to wait for a spot be kind and courteous. At no point should you freely toss others belongings to the ground having a sense of entitlement. The amount of kids peeing in the grass 🙄 your children are not animals please take them to the restroom, they work just fine . Parents vaping rather it's nicotine or THC you around small children let's have some common sense. The announcements when calling safety break or saying a few rules , not loud enough nobody can hear what is being said . The lazy river and the sea of older people tying together the inter tubes to be in a pack . If your small child bumps them be prepared for nasty comments they have to say . I don't know why this is allowed . If you have a small child and are in the sea of chairs in the shallow end be careful because it doesn't stop the bigger kids from coming over playing ball and trampling your child . For an example my 1 year old minding her business out the way a 16 year old jumps on her floatie and takes her under water submerging her completely. Me having to shove this teenager off my child to get her to surface. Thankfully the management seen and came rushing over but how terrifying someone else's action almost drowned my daughter . We had to monitor her for 72 hours after for silent drowning signs and symptoms. Not sure why they didn't speak to this kids family or be held accountable for his actions .I feel like the establishment is going the wrong way . Safety for all should be priority. Holding people accountable for there actions and standing there grownd on rules...

I wish I could get a refund and never have gone As a medical professional my experience was alarming!!! My toddler was pushed around and my older kids were pushed on the slide stairs and knocked down they were cut in line and my 6 old scrapped his foot due the staff on the slide not doing their job and a BIG kid pushing him out of line to cut him and he almost fell down the stairs if my 12 year old wasnt there to catch him he would have falling down the concrete stairs and this happened right in front of staff and they ignored it my son had to yell out the kid and said what is wrong with you and still staff did nothing it wasn't until a elderly women in line went off that they started doing their jobs. Price was $25 for adults and $20 for children my 2 yr old was $10 why there isn't much to do for such high prices the staff dont enforce any rules on slides and rules on website clearly aren't enforced because parents are not watching their children my toddler was pushed Serveral times by older children on the "Toddler slide" and they kept cutting infront of him he was kicked and just its amazing to me that my 2 year old knew to wait in line and take turns and wait for others to get out of the way but the older children didnt this was a mess and i was not happy my kids got cut in line for the slide several times as well for $150+ there was no one doing their jobs to enforce rules and safety outside of blowing a stupid whistle or safety breaks. I loved this place as a kid but I am extremely upset that my children were assaulted and pushed around and staff did nothing i am just glad my children were not seriously hurt or i would have raised hell as a medical professional this was very concerning to me and needs to...

The admission prices here are crazy. If you look at the prices to bring a family of 5, it would only be $10 more to get a 1 night stay at a waterpark hotel than it is to go here for ONE day. You can also smell the poo smell from the bathrooms on pretty much any breeze. The bathrooms weren’t dirty so I’m not sure why it wafts so badly but it does.

This place has 4 slides, 2 you have to be 42” and 2 you have to be 48”. The lazy river is 42” and children have to be in a double tube with an adult.

This means short or younger children can only really use the shallow pool here. There is a very small slide in the toddler area that the lifeguards stay constantly whistling and shouting to the toddlers and kids but you cannot hear what they’re saying and… they’re toddlers?

Even children who do meet height requirements are constantly pulled out of lines and remeasured by life guards. My kid felt so uncomfortable after being picked out of line and remeasured multiple times that my kid no longer felt comfortable doing the river or the slides. My child is a couple inches taller than the required height.

Life jackets are not allowed in anywhere except the kiddie area. Parents are also not allowed to wait for their children in the bottom of the slide area. They need to either have staff in the water to help the kids on the tubes or they need to allow parents over there.

Overall, we have been to many swim places where my children were able to participate in way more and I would not recommend going here. There’s way better options for the price that are way kinder to...

I’m the last person to leave a bad review but this is just not worth the cost. $84 for my 3 children and I (this is non resident price). 1. There are two slides. One requires a tube..which there was a hardly any! The second slide doesn’t need a tube. The lifeguards are not even watching so you’re just waiting waiting until they are like “oh! Ok you can go!” It took half an hour to go down ONE slide. 2. Lazy people river: There are not enough tubes!! You can go around as long as you want but that means no one gives up their tube. We waited for 30-40 minutes!!! When we finally did get to go we only went twice because we felt bad that the line was so long. The small slides were quick and the pools are nice but I feel like I just spent all this money to stand in line. The sad part is it’s not even packed it’s lack of effort of the lifeguards to keep things moving. We arrived around 130
