Update: Live here if you are price oriented and desperate. There are roaches. There will be drug activities happening with no shame. You will be cat called and harassed if you want to check the mail. Certain residents can take up as many parking spaces with broken down vehicles. Some residents can make changes to there rented apartments and some cannot. They have policies in writing but notenforced in any serious manner. I have gone to the office with concerns or issues and I will receive a generic response with no actual outcome. It's a shifty landlord making bank off poor people who will do the bare minimum to keep things running.

Cops are always here. Residents are not expected to respect each other per management and tenants themselves. Oh, and don't bother reaching out to the property manager about your concerns, you won't...

Just moved in not even a full month ago and so far so good! My apt was not 100 percent ready to move in when I got there unfortunatly but they have been awesome so far about fixing things up as requested. Everyone who works in the office is very kind and treats ya like a human being!. Rent prices are very fair and not having to pay utilities is a big deal! You wont find that anywhere else. Buildings are extremely quiet and neighbors are nice apartment is really cute. I'm so glad I can have both of my cats for a very fair pet fee as well. Buildings are always kept clean and property looks well kept. Big big change from my last place which was horrible all around. Studio city is a winner and I plan on sticking around for awhile! I also enjoy the park and walking trails near by...

Very clean apartment when we moved in. Friendly management and maintenance. ONLY issues we have is with other residents not cleaning up after their pets in the elevator and hallways. -Which has NOTHING to do with management-maintenance does an EXCEEDINGLY terrific job EVERY DAY trying to clean the messes that these pet owners leave... But an hour after maintenance has cleaned the pet urine is EVERYWHERE once again. I myself am a pet owner, it is not the PETS fault!!! It is the irresponsible OWNERS fault. The grounds and buildings are kept nicely, landscaped well... Everything is Very Nice... ONLY disappointment is SOME irresponsible pet owners. Other than that, very good, safe...
