1 star for customer service. I got a handful of great haircuts from Abdul, but unfortunately my most recent and last experience was deplorable. After agreeing on the haircut for my visit, the end result was not quite what I was expecting. When I gave Abdul this feedback, he seemed to be upset. Unwilling to find an immediate solution (I still had 15-20 minutes in my allotted appointment), he offered to book me another appointment with his barber the next day. As a repeat customer and one eager to continue a long-lasting relationship with them, this was incredibly upsetting. Especially since he knew I had a special wedding two days later. When I made Stacy aware of the situation through a very cordial text, even saying "I understand we all have our days, and I look to always give people grace." and that I simply wanted her to be aware of the situation, she argued my debrief of the situation, expressing that Abdul would "have to do another full haircut" (instead of just cutting it shorter lol), and expressed that I should simply look elsewhere moving forward. People already don't feel comfortable providing stylists/barbers honest feedback, and this type of environment does not help...

A fabulous place!!! Gents you need to go here!!! My husband has long hair. I didn’t want to trust anyone to it. I did research for a Men’s salon and came across Dallas Gents. Stacy who is the stylists wife spent time talking to me. She answered my questions and we texted back and forth about what my husband wanted. There wasn’t availability right away but then a spot came open!

I was so impressed with Abdul! I felt at such ease knowing he understood my husbands hair and what he had to work with. I was very impressed at how meticulous he was. I enjoyed watching him cut my husbands hair and the respect and relationship he had with his client and their hair. I enjoyed seeing the art in the stylist.

No hair cut is just a haircut. It is part of who you are and speaks to those around you.

Abdul you definitely did an amazing job and have won our (my) trust. Thank you for taking care of my husbands hair and making it a truly wonderful experience for me. It was with the drive!!! ( over an hour)

Abdul is a master of his craft and his wife, Stacy, always goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. I have long, almost perfectly straight hair with thin follicles. Admittedly, difficult to cut. For years, I dreaded getting my hair cut. I gave countless hair stylists a chance, but the results were consistently INCONSISTENT. I was growing accustomed to just waiting a few weeks for my hair to grow out a bit before it would look decent… until I found Abdul. My first consultation with Abdul occurred at a time where I was making a career change, so I needed a more professional look, but I still wanted to keep my hair long.
