Grace Bible Church — Attraction in Dallas

Well, let me see, where do I start...made a BIG mistake coming back here. Nothing changed for me except the person that is the head of the church. Andy Wileman was a great Pastor, love the guy. However, Jace Cloud is a great teacher. Great guy as well, but big difference. Honestly, before even thinking about bringing the ministry of Merge into Grace, Re:Generation really should have been brought back in a jiffy. I know some people that need the latter over the former, including myself. And what took the cake is that after being continually stigmatized due to a mental health condition that I have, I will be dismembering from this church in 2025 to go somewhere where I will be accepted for who I am and how God wired me...

I attended today - well -

I believe in a loving God.

Only from love , Jesus / God can work. Everything else creates fear. It is the climate these days ……. I remember the lady at the well - and other Gospel stories , where love is truth. When you feel Jesus’ love you change……. - not shame , fear or guilt.

Today - I felt a judgement in other churches was the main point of the sermon. Walk out and instead of love , show your distaste for others who believe not like you .

Not my kind of church...

Grace Bible Church is my home church so it feels somewhat awkward to rate it. However, I can tell you the things I really like about it. Grace has great preaching and leadership through its Senior Pastor Jace Cloud. He is a consistent Bible student that presents the Word every week with excellence and clarity. Grace has wonderful Sunday Schools for adult education. It has a beautiful building and has excellent worship. I heartily recommend GBC to anyone looking for a church home in the Bible...
