Nice park in a great area of town. Little stream running through it, some good shade trees, fun playground area with swings for kids. Not a lot of parking but there's usually a spot or two left even during busy times. Porta potty in corner of parking lot, but otherwise no bathrooms. Trail connects up to White Rock Lake; not too far of a walk to get there. Well maintained.

This park has basketball court, Barbecue grills, picnic tables, park benches, dog trails and a parking area. Play area slides 🛝, sit and spin, stand and spin, see-saw, climbing nets, spring riders are sturdy and super strong. My kids had a great time at this park. There are no restrooms at this park. We had to drive to near by shops / gas stations for restrooms.

There's a lot of space here to run around and swing sets for kids to play on. Friendly neighborhood crowd. We actually had a picnic and some kids were throwing a football around. Another kid was practicing his batting with his Mom. I mean it's kinda a wooded park. Lots of trees, a big enough pasture for kids to practice their plays. They do have a covered area with picnic tables set up beneath it too. It's not like a well manicured perfect St. Augustine green lush grass type of place though. It's more natural and there's even a stream which is super cool to walk over on the bridge. It IS accessible for the disabled. Has a ramp and sidewalks and etc. They have trash bins and it's not messy. The swings and stuff are all on soft ground, bark mulch I believe. Kid friendly. Parent approved. Neighborhood park. Loved it...

Nice park with abundant shade around the playground. Playground has wood chips and two play structures suitable for a wide range of ages. There are baby and regular swings. Ample green space (occasionally mired by lazy people's dog poop). Covered pavilion with picnic tables. Benches around the playground. Water fountains and a spigot. Paved walkway that circles the playground and green space. There is a creek that runs through the outer edge of the park. No bathrooms and you have to walk pretty far from both parking areas to get to the playground. Access to White Rock Lake bike trails. Proximity to the lake and the nearby creek make for mosquito city when it's warm ......

While it looks good. The bridge is asking for toddlers to fall through. Every parent was standing under the bridge just waiting for it to happen. The floor of bridge is platforms space perfectly for a small toddler to have trouble getting across and fall between and there are only 3 veritcle ropes over a 12-15 foot span for side supports. Basically anyone can fall out the side of the bridge as well. Playground is beautiful, but some safety precautions should be taken. For anyone that says, well don't let your toddler on that area, you clearly...
