I went to this pick and pull to get a part for my 2014 gmc acadia and they had the acadi's spread all over the place so by the time I walked 7-10 long mins to the back and back to the front pissed off. This heifer looks at me and tell me that she is going to have to search my bag and I told her that she was not searching my bag because it was my medical bag and I've brought it in before without any problems. Not to mention, they are not allowed to search anyone's medical bag. She went as far as to say "you are not disabled nor old"... then she called the cops and first she told them that I had something in my bag and then she told them that I had something in my body and had a mask over my face so she could not see me.... Regardless of any store policy on you all "wanting to search someone's bags" that is only YOUR STORE POLICY... NOT A STATE LAW. BUT HER TELLING THE POLICE THAT I "STOLE SOMETHING AND I HAD IT IN MY BAG AND IN MY BODY" WITHOUT PROOF AND TELLING ME THAT I AM NOT OLD OR DISABLED WAS DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER AND FALSE ACCUSATION WHICH COULD HAVE LED TO SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS. I EVEN CALLED THE POLICE SO THAT THEY COULD MEET ME TO SEARCH ME AND WATCH MY VIDEO ON MY DASHCAM BUT THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. I WILL BE PURSUING...
Read moreSame as I've said about the the other Pick-N-Pull locations, be prepared to walk and don't be surprised if you don't find what you are looking for! Some of the used parts will almost costs you the same as brand new parts! For instance, I was searching for a ignition coil pack for a 1998 ford escort. I found a decent looking one and removed it and made the loooooooooooooooooooooooong walk back to the cashers. They wanted close to 45 dollars for that ignition coil pack! I left it with them and purchased that same coil pack at autozone for nearly the same price! So be aware of the prices before you decide to go through all the trouble and buy a used part! They don't give refunds only store credit printed on paper that fades out in heat and rubbing around in your pocket. Just another business that carefully though their way out of any responsibility! Try to sell your car to them and see if you're able to buy it back at the same price they...

Rude workers, probably because it's hot in their checkout area and dealing with customers but their bad attitude creates hostile environment where customers are rude too. Parts are getting more expensive, not as cheap as it was before and when you do find something they charge you for everything. Before you could buy a complete door and now it's pay for window pay for handle pay for motor pay for door pay for motor pay for screws. Then they charge entrance fee, part price, 10% environmental fee. And they add ,,$10 part deposit fee that you can get back if you bring your old part back. Then they are quick to tell you to go to hell if you have a problem with them. Maybe I'm getting old and complaining too much but it's cheaper to find...
