Good Luck Hamburgers Drive #3 — Restaurant in Dallas

My wife and I were driving by and saw this little restaurant that didn't look like much but since we were kind of hungry we thought we would give it a try. So we got out the car because it's not a drive-in and it's not a restaurant where you can dine in but you order at the window so there's a very big menu that you can see through the window and my wife ordered the pork chop sandwich and I ordered the double meat bacon cheeseburger. While we were standing there waiting for our order we started a conversation with this couple that was standing by and asked if they had eaten there before. They answered yes and all the time. They said that they probably have tried everything on the menu and it's a regular place that they frequent. So we received our sandwiches and decided that we would take a bite while we were still in the parking lot. Am I glad that we found this spot because it was the best hamburger I had eaten in years. I getting that one stars and that's only for the thought me and my grandson and stood in line while one worker was outside and the other one was inside she was outside talking with a fellow with her glove still on I rushed him to the window because I didn't want her to come back in and wait on me I didn't know if she was going to use new gloves or keep the same ones on but when I made it to the window the guy was in there doing the same thing he was working with other stuff with his gloves on answering the phone going to the refrigerator fully with the trash then he came to the window and ask can I help you I said hell to the no and I told my grandson let this be a lesson always pay attention to your surroundings never let someone serve you with gloves on when they're doing other things and fixing your food with them that is a health hazard waiting to happen I will not pay for a stomach virus...

On this Labor Day weekend, I purchased around $43 worth of food from good luck. Two link baskets add on pork chop and an additional link sandwich. I heard so many good things about this place from my parents for years. The food was horrible. I called to let the manager know. She only offered to replace the pork chop, implying that I could be lying about the taste and the quality of the food. I’m currently being hospitalized and wanted to try something different. Please don’t waste your money there the link baskets were 1 out 5. The hot links tasted old and not a good blend of meat at all.The pork chops look nice on the outside but were dry and hard when you bite into them. Please don’t waste your money here.
