We purchased a sofa and loveseat a couple of weeks ago. We have not received them, nor have we been contacted as to why. Calls are not returned. I'm now requesting a refund, plus 20% to cover our expenses. We were supposed to get delivery today. For some reason we didn't make the truck. Our current sofa is in pieces, soaking wet, put outside yesterday afternoon in preparation for delivery. My house is in shambles. Family, that I haven't seen for years is coming in today. Update: Well yes, delivery was finally made. It took two more calls from my husband for it to happen. Additionally, as you were slow in answering even his calls or letting us know that you were at least working on it, we were just 15 minutes from the store to get things sorted out. That took two phone calls (on your part), one to let us know that you "found" a truck; the second to let us know that you would be approximately an hour (which is fair, as that's how far we live from your store). The delivery guys were pleasant enough, although unprepared. They had to borrow tools in order to prepare the furniture before bringing it into the house. The younger one forgot to plug in the charger on the loveseat. The other, Mike, had nothing to say until he requested a signature for the delivery. He was possibly the "manager" that spoke on the phone with my husband. We are pleased with our purchase, and glad to have finally received the furniture. You should have been able to see the 4-star review that I wrote the day of delivery; these additional comments would have been unnecessary. Unfortunately, you chose to answer this review, which I will leave at a 1-star due to your snide answer. I would suggest that you not let your "receptionist" speak with your customers, nor allow her to answer our reviews.

Tenth day of my kid having no bed. Delivery showed up to put together a new bed frame and mattress. After opening boxes they found one of the bed frame pieces was broken. The mattress also had a tear in its packaging and upon opening found that it had a large stain around that tear. So they said they would have to go to the warehouse and get replacements. That was five days ago. Their delivery guys also refused to try and bring a sofa upstairs. They didn’t think it would be possible. I had measured the sofa in the store and its dimensions are smaller than what is stated on the box. They said if I thought it could go they would leave the sofa in the box for me to try myself. Can’t believe they wouldn’t even give it a try. I’ve bought $15k worth of furniture and they treat you like a problem they don’t want to deal with. I’m upset I’ve bought anything from them and will be getting the remainder of my furniture needs from someone else. Response to their response: The mattress I purchased was bought in your showroom from your normal inventory. The bed frame was from the tent sale. The parts were in unopened boxes with no visible/disclosed “damage as is”. It was your people who were surprised it was so damaged it couldn’t even be installed “as is”. You are simply lying to try and save face on a review. Which makes me even more upset I ever bought anything here. I wouldn’t be upset if your people said they would rectify the situation in a timely manner. But they are taking a week and a half to bring us any replacements. Meanwhile, my child has no bed. I am taking away an additional star and will not be making any further purchases from this business. I’d return everything I’ve purchased from here if I could.

My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to new couches and a dining room table! After shopping around and finding most places we went to the furniture was just poor quality! We decided to go to Walkers because we had heard such great things from everyone we talked to! I spoke with Zack and he told me to go out and see Steve Dawe and I am so completely happy we did!! We decided on the Italian leather sofas and literally got two for half the price of one we saw in Liberty Lake!!! Then we looked for a table and found the most beautiful live edge table, just the top of the table must have been over 150 pounds!! The quality of this furniture is absolutely amazing and the comfort is out of this world! We even got a warranty on everything and if we don’t use it over the 4 years we can get it refunded in store credit!!!! Steve was amazing to work with, his knowledge of the furniture was superb! I don’t usually praise salespeople but Steve is the guy to see and Walkers is definitely the place to go!!

My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to new couches and a dining room table! After shopping around and finding most places we went to the furniture was just poor quality! We decided to go to Walkers because we had heard such great things from everyone we talked to! I spoke with Zack and he told me to go out and see Steve Dawe and I am so completely happy we did!! We decided on the Italian leather sofas and literally got two for half the price of one we saw in Liberty Lake!!! I went here twice. The first visit we browsed for about 45 minutes without being acknowledged by the 5-6 sales staff that were present in the store. This was nice to not be bugged but when we selected a couch and had questions we felt unattended. We ended up purchasing the couch from Runge and had a great experience. Walker's had middle of the road pricing compared to two other stores that could order the couch for us.

We ended up going back 2 weeks later for a bedroom set since we didn't see anything we liked elsewhere. This time we had someone come up and help us. The sales woman, Sara, helped us with some extra discounts since the only set left was a floor model. I checked it over and it was in like new condition with only one blemish on a rear leg.

Fast forward to delivery day and it was a mixed experience. The delivery guys called ahead of time and arrived on time. They were friendly. The downside was they built the bed too close to the window from what we discussed and we were left not being able to close the blinds. The dresser was also not put in the spot we discussed and they didn't install the mirror because they didn't have installation instructions and were trying to install it sideways. The bed frame was also only installed hand tight because we had a bed in place and we were never advised to move it before delivery and the delivery crew had other deliveries to go on and said it would be too time consuming. The delivery guy also told me that we probably overpaid for the furniture and could get something at Walmart for less. I didn't agree and was a little put off by his opinion.

So, while we paid for what was referred to as, "White Glove Delivery", it was more of a "haul in" type of delivery and finish it yourself with friendly employees.

The dresser also has a few other blemishes on a drawer face that weren't there when I agreed to buy the floor model. I had emailed Sara about all this and heard no response.

Overall, I thought the furniture quality was a little better than most other stores but I don't think I would go back unless they had something I couldn't...

My Walkers Furniture review:

I may be sneaky but I purposefully dressed down, no make up, hair not done, old sweatshirt with paint stains and I went to multiple furniture stores. One in particular was a high end "everything must go" sale store. I walked in with my sister and a sales woman sitting on a couch looked me up and down and said "a salesman will be with you shortly." I said thank you and walked on. Seconds after that, a nicely dressed couple walked in after me and she jumped up and asked them "what can I help you find today?". Not joking, it was straight out of a book but it really happened. My sister and I found a couch on our own and eventually a salesman walked up and asked if i needed help. I told him I wanted the couch and if possible, be delivered tomorrow and I would pay in full today. He laughed and said no. While he was in the back I looked at the tag under the "sale" price and the original price was $2,300. The "sale" price tag was $2,300 which was so called marked down from the $3,400 the sale tag said. I pointed it out to the salesman and he said he didn't know what that was. I don't appreciate being lied to so I told him I'm not interested and I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Little do they know, I have money, exactly 17 grand sitting in my account, ready to be spent.

I then went to Walkers and I was greeted by a lovely blonde lady who was kind and asked me right away what I was looking for. She showed me exactly what I wanted in less than 2 minutes and I purchased the couch right away with delivery. She treated me like a human being and I appreciate that completely. Just goes to show you can't trust a book by it's cover. Walker Furniture has great prices and the staff are real human beings. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service at the CDA location

We order our couch over a year ago, it took 3/4 months ( which we were completely okay with ) Than it arrives and its not what we ordered. Pieces were missing. Fine things happen it was fixed within the next week except we ordered a couch and oversized chair ( but got a loveseat instead - but the "collection" we picked doesn't make a love seat ) So they sent us a similar couch collection. So I spent 2 months trying to get ahold of someone, in which every time I called I was told I needed to talk to my sales person. Then finally she apologizes and says she will order us the correct cushions ( softer than what we got ) great thank you so much - fast forward another 3 months. Again no one can help me and she will never return my call. So I speak to the manager, in November ( 6 + months since we RECEIVED the couch ) he says they werent' ordered and he would get on it. Great, thank you. Fast forward another 4 months and I call back, again get the run around for probably a month every time I call. it is now June and I am told parts are backordered and they don't know when we will get them. We are moving out of state now and manager says 2 pieces are done and 2 more we are waiting on. and he hopes he can get them to us. MIND YOU WE LEAVE IN 2 WEEKS AND he is conveniently not in and not returning my calls again!
