Walked the dog I'm dogsitting for a friend here. He's reactive so I wanted somewhere not busy. It was quite the workout for both of us. I did not let go of the leash nor did we go down to the sand because it was a foggy and windy day. A part of the CONCRETE paved road had fallen!!! I didn't trust it to let him run off leash. I do not recommend it if you have mobility issues. My favorite moment was getting back to the top, pausing, and feeling the ocean breeze against my face as I looked out towards the cliffslide. I could see some blue in...

Access to park is open to foot traffic, but not vehicular traffic. It's a very steep incline/ grade road. We only walked half way, and gave up due to the 4yo child with us. Scenery is very beautiful, but very dangerous as well, esp due to recent rock slides on the area. Do proceed with caution.

Note: Street parking. Parking closed on Tuesday, from 7am-9am for...

However you have to be extremely careful as there are numerous points where the road or the path lead right up to a quickly eroding cliff face. Stay back from edges! Very exposed with no shade, making this a hike best suited for overcast days. Not too busy on a chilly...
