Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Daly City

I’ve been to this Taco Bell many times. I always find the experience to be alright. The workers aren’t really motivated to be there. Whenever I walk in to order to-go, it looks like they don’t have enough people. I ask for no sour cream on my order from time-to-time and put emphasis on having no sour cream. But 2 times out of 3, I would still have sour cream. It just makes it really hard for someone to eat their food when they can’t tolerate sour cream. Also, if you’re ordering from the counter, you may need to talk a bit louder (or deeper) since it’s very hard for the cashier to hear you because of the noise from the kitchen. The staff was spaced out and confused. They didn't know what products were in stock. Rudeness is their 1st name! I understand that it's just a fast food restaurant, but it beyond disgusting. I wasn't able to take any pictures of the filth behind the counter, but I have attached some of the dining room. The restroom wasn't any better. The chalupa bread was a little hard. They could not even get my order correct after I went into the store. I also could not get my soda cup filled with water from the combo. Saying we do not have cups for water. I do not drink soda and wanted it filled with water. I worked at a Taco Bell for many years, and our store never did that. Not sure what that is all about. I will never go to that store again.
