Short minute walk from the road ends at the castle. Not much to see… the castle is covered in graffiti, wrapped in a perimeter fence, and covered in weeds. There isn’t much to experience. The size of the so called castle leaves more to be desired. Investment into the structure would add some recreational value, but costs for asbestos removal and wall stabilization threaten a successful chance. There are no views in June as the leaves are too dense, but maybe spring or early...

20 years ago this would have been an interesting site to see, however, the "locals" decided to once again take something nice and interesting and vandalize the hell out of it.

When I first saw it from a distance I was intrigued but as I got closer my intrigue slowly turned to sadness and disgust. Graffiti was on virtually every park of this castle and the air wreaked of spray paint.

yes you can see the castle. I bit confusing at first since the blue trail just goes back the old road. if you follow the orange trail it does a loop but be careful since their are a few trails not marked and you go through the field. it goes up and down for a while but will swing and loop back. its not flat by any means. you want something not as challenging go across the street and do...

The castle is under construction. I'm not sure if they are demolishing it or preserving it, though it would be a shame if they tear t down! It's got a nice little trail around it! Parking is tough as it looks like there is only only space for two cars to park without blocking the entrance! If you are in the area definitely check it out!

This was actually a pretty cool place to do a quick hike up, too. The castle looked amazing, but it is sad they had put a fence around the structure. I would recommend that you still go and check it out. Though a short hike, it is very steep and rock and dirt and would not recommend if you have difficulty with walking wtc...

A very interesting building hidden away in the middle of some suburbs. Only takes a five minute walk to get there if you park at the lot across the street. Whole thing is fenced off and there are "No Trespassing" signs posted, but there may or may not be a few holes cut into the fence if you're so inclined.
