Good afternoon Google Family. I have visited this establishment before but I do not recall leaving a review. I visited today to purchase some Edge control for my hair. On the Google Maps navigation here, I was almost to my location when there was a police car blocking the road. So then I had to and every other vehicle had to go another way. It was so frustrating since I was almost there and there was this detour. Anyway, I arrived safe and sound and there was no one in the parking lot. First I thought no one was in the store and the store was closed. There was a big sign in the window. They were open. There was another customer in the store plus myself. The manager spoke to me and said good morning. I liked that a lot. Abner was his name. Abner was so congenial. We bonded immediately. I told him that I was looking for Edge control. It was right in front. Then I decided to look around the store. I liked what I saw, very much. I took my own personal tour around the store. I was impressed with everything that I saw. Everything was so clean and neat. I paid for my items, which was the Edge Control, plus a headwrap and the total was $10.90. Then I spoke a little more to Abner and told him that I was going to give them 5 stars and a great review. I had a great experience here and I will definitely be back. ID NEVER COME HERE AGAIN . I WALKED INTO THE STORE LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN SHAMPOO/ CONDITIONER AND I COULDNT FIND THAT ITEM I THEN STARTED TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AS IM WALKING OUT TO LEAVE THE ALARM GOES OFF SO THE LADY AT THE REGISTER ASKED ME TO COME BACK BY THE WAY I DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING I ONLY LOOKED SO I WALKED BACK SHE CALLED THIS OTHER MAN UP TO THE FRONT AND HE RAN TO THE FRONT . I EMPYTED MY POCKETS BEFORE HE COULD SAY ANYTHING AND IT WAS CLEAR TO SEE THAT I HAD NOTHING BUT MONEY AND MY BLISTEX IN MY POCKET. THEY TRIED TO ACCUSE ME OF STEALING AND I DIDNT EVEN TOUCH A THING. THE MAN DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOR SAY THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR MAKING THE ASSCUSCATION I THEN TOLD-THEM TO RUN THEY CAMERAS BACK SO THEY COULD SEE FOR THEMSELVES. The staff is absolutely AWFUL! I'd actually get a job there just to get then into proper order! The wig section "helpers" are rude oblivious to any of the customers that are shopping in the store. Lack of Florida assistance no one out on the floor to help you with products you have to search through the store to find people for help entirely too many people at the cash register when it only should take no more than two people to run a cash register if there are two lines or two registers to be accessed no need for three girls to be behind the register back to the wig section went to go for a human hair wig that was very beautiful and I wanted it really bad for a special occasion and due to me having to help myself in the middle of the store while two helpers assisted one individual with one wig while another helper sat and the...
