The young woman who picks up the phone was very nice. I have ordered from here serval times but this time was horrible . So I ordered over the phone and paid for my food. The delivery was fast but when I got my food some of it was undercooked and the other just didn’t look edible. I quickly called and the young lady was talking to what appears to be the owner and he says well I can’t send a driver back out so I can give you a discount on the next order I then say well I can’t eat this so you can just refund me. He says ok well you can reorder but I have to change the delivery fee which is 3.50 which I didn’t mind but it got weird when the reorder was only 12.00 and my previous order was 26.00 after taxes And delivery fee so food was about 15.00 and he still wanted To charge me even more. The young lady understood what I was saying and explained to him that and that’s when he finally agreed after I told her he can just deduct the delivery charge and refund me or I can call my bank. I don’t see why you would want to make things difficult when all I wanted was edible food. Not to mention they are literally 3 mins from my house. It wasn’t even avoid the fee cause I was willing to pay that it’s the fact that I told you the food isn’t edible and you think I’m suppose to take that loss. I will not be ordering here anymore. And he wants the old food back and I said that’s fine I didn’t want it anyway. Like I can’t eat it duh or I wouldn’t be in this situation. It’s covid 19 and y’all want food back instead of the trash.. this only makes me concerned more because why would I want to order from a place in covid 19 who wants food back and that’s possibly...

Ordered through grub hub from them and spent over $40 for a Friday night with family. I even gave a $5 tip. One order of cheese fries included with my order was feeezing cold as if they gave me someone's order from 2hrs ago. I called Grubhub to contact them on my behalf. I didn't want them to come back out nor did I want them to refund me my whole meal. I just asked for my refund for the frozen cheese fries they gave me that we had to throw away in its entirety. They refused to refund me the $7 for the cheese fries even though I spent $40, even though I tipped $5. They didn't even give a reason for rejection it. This frustrates me because I spend hard earned money and I am never a customer to complain but the fact they refused to accommodate me on their mistake is ridiculous and I will file a BBB report, Yelp review, and make sure all the family and friends in that zip code know to choose elsewhere because when Alfornos Pizza messes up your food, to not expect them to take proper...

The very first time I ordered from this place with my co workers I was impressed by the flavor of Middle Eastern selections. One of my co workers had ordered a sand which that was missing the sauce. They didn't correct the order. We ordered from them a 2nd and 3rd time and every single time they manage to mess up orders. Not only do they mess up orders we go in to the store it takes the teen or young lady at the counter several minutes to wait on us while the manager is in the back cooking. Now today will absolutely be the very last time I order from this place. I order something that cost about 15 bucks they managed to mess it up and didn't offer to fix it unless I came to get it. Now If I order food to a place of business that means I'm not able to come get it or else I would have already. This by far is the worst customer service ever.
