Ford Research and Innovation Center — Attraction in Dearborn

I had to make a delivery to this facility today. Lots of construction going on. Drove around for over an hour trying to find a way to the docks. Not a single person could tell us where we weere to go. When i finally found a lady to follow, she brought us into an employee parking lot that was also fenced off for construction. People were returning from lunch and were angry and cursing because our truck couldn't maneuver through the lot. Instead of being helpful, they were laughing and taking video. Sad and...

This is a massive museum. Prepare to be here a long time and walk a lot. The only thing that I didn't like, was the tour guides on the factory tour were annoyed that several members of the bus I was on had to go to the restroom and couldn't start the movie fast...and one tour guide told a woman "I'm not the exhibit I don't know why you're looking at me, look outside" while she was talking. I didn't rate lower than 5 because it is a really cool place to see, and mostly everyone else...
