I went to players Guild of Dearborn theater for the first time last night. I saw the comedy Lend Me a Tenor. It was hilarious. 7-27-25 last night, I attended the youth performance of Legally blonde. The youth performing were outstanding! They were so exuberant and threw themselves into it! The audience was mostly youth and also tremendously enthusiastic, which made it all, the more fun to attend. License prevented me from taking photos of the performance but I was able to take photos of the two dogs that were in the musical, who also performed very well?I may add.

Players Guild of Dearborn puts the word “community” back into community theatre. This is a truly bonded group with an egoless unstoppable work ethic who all collaborate together to create a special experience for members and audience alike. Welcoming, refreshing and a staple in the area I can not recommend this venue enough for those who enjoy viewing good theatre in a seat or getting involved behind the scenes.

PGoD gives amazing shows. It's so very important to support the arts. Attend shows at small play houses like the PGoD and others. This venue puts out great shows. Check the local listings...Go see a show! I love this theater. Big shout-out to the cast of Sister Act: The Musical. It was incredible. Kaela Green was phenomenal!

If you're ever bored and needing entertainment on a night out in the Dearborn area, stop into the Player's Guild to catch one of their plays, musicals, or improv shows that are sure to delight people of all ages. The theatre seems to be in a historic building as the interior shows unique but charming signs of its age. The shows themselves are always entertaining, and there are two youth sub-groups that allow high schoolers and younger children to participate in shows (Guildlings). The talent is exceptional and will keep you coming back for more! Becoming a member was a...

Difficult call on rating for the Players Guild, but giving 4 stars for enthusiasm of the actors & overall experience (given that show we attended was a children's play - with child actors). Even so, deducting 1 star for poor audio and/or perhaps poor balance between Voices & Music. (Those expecting a 'Professional' theater presentation would likely be disappointed, but the presumably largely 'family & friends audience enjoyed the show...
