Chevrolet Hall of Fame Museum — Attraction in Decatur

Very humid, warm air....not good for cars & merchandise! Also, many cars had signs indicating "dead battery"...WHY??. The batteries should all be disconnected for display....the "host for the day" was admittedly "a Ford guy", so he did not offer much info, insight... why are there no trickle chargers connected to these beautiful vehicles so the battery does not drain?? The warm air & humidity were a detraction... does not appear these vehicles get "driven" to keep tires in better shape, plus moves oil & fluids through systems.... a shame to see the neglect demonstrated for such an...

Very interesting place, claims to be hall of fame but really doesn’t speak that once you’re inside, more like someone’s collection and others who have loaned cars to them. Single room with many cars but while there are some rare cars, many are also just regular muscle cars. This is a great experience if you're a Chevrolet fan. I used to own a 1985 IROC 28 back in the day and just to see the 1987 version was amazing!
