The owner is great and friendly helpful. They were there for people that needed vape products when nobody else was and I was a customer that wasn't! I had never been in their store a day in my life but they treated me like I had been coming there since their opening. I appreciate their kindness to a new customer who feels that this was more essential than cigarettes and tobacco products and those shops stayed open! I quit smoking 6 years ago due to vaping and I tried everything and nothing else worked. I would still be smoking today if I hadn't of found it and my doctor put me on wellbutrin for 2 weeks. Bought coils here a few times...a couple times they had a moldy taste. I kept the first pack but asked if it happened again could I exchange them and was told I could. Well the second pack I bought had a moldy taste as well. Two of the coils had not been opened from a three pack. I only opened one coil and installed. I took them back asking for an exchange due to the mold taste. I was told if I bought 2 more coils she would replace the others. I'm not sure how this...
