Hello my friend, welcome here, it's my pleasure to have a chance to introduce this city to you. here in Dekalb County, we have a lot of things like all the other cities in the USA, but Northern Illinois University is here, Big campus with beautiful sightsees, and you should visit the museum of the university first, and after that go to the other museum like green woods house, here have a lot of corn farms, and also corns festivals is one of ceremonies every year. Now in spring, you should try running in Hopkins Park. You hear the sounds of the birds and smell a lot of Cherry blames. Here in Dekalb, you can meet many friendly people around city. and also meet many studens are around the world to came here for study. you can get to know about their calture, one of my favorite things in Dekalb is buy a pounch of flowers from Jewel-Osco ever weeks. unfortunately we do not have many manufacturing industries and jobs here, we should go to near big city for works in futures. Read moreWe came here for a small wedding. The grounds and the gazebo were very pretty. The building does a good job blocking noise from the road. There is a very large playground and fun looking swimming pool. The kids at the playground didn't distract the ceremony at all, but I could see this being a drawback for some people - our party didn't care one bit.
The reception was in the small space with the balcony. It was nice to have the option of being inside for dancing or outside for socializing. The room and balcony do not have amazing lighting, but it was fine for the most part.
There's a built in kitchenette that worked well as a bar. There was room enough for about 80 guests with a small clearing for dancing.
