We paid up-front it was a Sunday, Which is $1 for each person. I went with my dad it cost $8 in total for two people. Had a great time and decided to do another game. Right when we finished our game together as father and son, we decided it was time to go and just pay the $2 for the extra game we did. A nice gentlemen said "Thank you have a nice day" Normally most people should have left but since i was so honest enough i told another person while the gentlemen was there next to him that here's the $2 dollars for the extra game. ( keep in mind we did 2 games in total but i paid that 1 game in the front desk). The other person was an old guy and kept saying we only paid for the shoes ONLY and not the game. He said it cost $6 right here meaning the shoes and i had to pay another $2 dollars so in total $4. Apparently i didn't pay the game up-front (at the time the lady attended me) So me and my dad were very confused and i guess the lady didn't told the nice gentlemen and the old guy that we already paid upfront but how is that my fault.? Not sure why the old guy wanted to argue with me over $4 dollars and i know what i paid for. But not only that i didn't have time to argue over it but apparently he wanted to so what i did just paid the $4 and left but right when i was about to leave he starts to talk behind my back. At least say it to my face don't ever say stuff behind my back and tell you're workers...
Read moreHands down, my favorite place to bowl in the area, they've also just added an awesome arcade with air hockey and lots of games. You earn points to get prizes when playing too, like they have at Chuck E Cheese. The people who run this place are just the best, very friendly and engaging. They genuinely care about Mardi Gras Lanes and the people who support it. Bowling is a great way to spend time with friends and family doing something fun and still being able to talk and interact, so we do it fairly regularly. They have league bowling, glow bowling, and lots of specials, they have birthday party deals, the prices are decent, you can also buy your bowling ball there if you'd like and they drill the holes and everything and help you get the right size and all of that if you're a serious bowler. Their food is actually delicious, especially for a bowling alley. The pizza is awesome, it's made there I believe, it's definitely not a tombstone or other frozen crappy pizza, their cheeseburgers are also really good. I've honestly not been disappointed with anything at Mardi Gras in all the years I've been going there with my family. Get your family and/or friends together and go see for yourself how great this...
Read moreThis bowling establishment is a great place to have fun with the family! Great prices! Food could use a lift due to the overcooked chicken patty sandwich my daughter tried to eat. And the soda pops were flat tasting. For the prices of their food, you get good portions. The liquor wasn't up to par. Definitely could use some updating with supplies for drinks ordered. The drinks are too small for the prices charged. $5 for a shot of moonshine that I paid $3 for at the bar down the street! They need more than one person running the bar/Cafe at a time, due to my family not receiving their food until we were already half way through our first game. The staff seems to be so busy that they forget to put on a smile and be kind. They tend to be short and rude at times. Or act as if your a bother. This place has potential to improve for sure because my family...
