I came here to play poker because they pay weekly up to $500 to play (rakeback) cash payment on Sundays depending upon how many hours you clock. The action is fairly decent and the staff super friendly. All the dealers are on point except for one but that's always the case isn't it, but he's very nice and personable so it's understandable why he remains a part of the team, fact is when we get older we don't always move as fast as we did when we were young. Seems this place is more like a family than coworkers, and I certainly understand the state slogan now because I do feel If I continue to come back I certainly will have many friends in Delaware. I will certainly be a regular fixture here every Friday Saturday and Sunday only thing that sucks it's a four hour drive and I have to pay a toll to avoid driving through Baltimore, but certainly worth it... so if you end up coming here don't be scared to thank me, I drink tequila sunrise!

Opening racing day, wanted to sit and eat a quick dinner on the terrace and watch the races, maybe bet on a few, but they were unable accommodate a party of one without a reservation, though I know I ate there before with my daughter without a reservation. If I had a date with me, I would have been embarrassed they wouldn't seat us. Since they wouldn't let me eat there I watched one race and left the park without spending a dime there. Their loss! I dont see anything on the menu I wouldn't have been able to afford, though I think I'm glad I didn't pay for their $18 roasted chicken or $15 French dip after being treated this way. The host told me I could go get some pizza or burgers downstairs. Notice all the empty seats in background. Plenty of tables available. I would have even made a reservation, but I guess I wasn't good enough to eat their $15 French Dip on their fancy Terrace. Bad business @depark. I'll look for somewhere else to be a degenerate gambler in the future.

I just love this place! It's clean, great food and drink. The atmosphere on the racetrack is electric. The fans really get into the races- it's contagious. They seem to pamper the horses. The grounds are amazing nice shaded areas with a little playground for children. The area outside is free to enjoy. The bathrooms outside are clean and very nice. The casino of course is reserved for 21 and older. Pack a lunch watch ⌚️ horse 🐎 racing 🏇. You get to see the horses walk 🚶 out to the racetrack, they hose off the horses immediately after their race. I will update pictures

It's a fan friendly place. My family likes to watch the races in the Grove where you can picnic and watch/bet the races, Plenty of open space for the kids to play and there is a playground. It is located near the clubhouse turn The area is also adjacent to a beautiful paddock where the horses saddle up and parade. There is also a large tent with betting windows and tv monitors. It makes for a good day at the races.
