Having our wedding at Woldumar was SO, SO special!!!

We took the risk of having an August 10 wedding in their barn with no A/C...and we were rewarded with beautiful 70 degree weather. One of their exhaust fans was broken, but they purchased window fans and an industrial fan to keep the air moving. Definitely not an issue for us given our incredible weather, but I was a little nervous in the lead-up.

Victoria was SO EASY to work with, I cannot sing her praises enough. From booking until wedding day, she was right there with us. She had fantastic advice on vendors and ceremony details that made things go so smoothly (walking across the bridge was the best idea EVER). The golf cart photo tour was AWESOME, too! My husband and I are very outdoorsy, so it was fun to spend so much time outside on our big day. You can tell the Woldumar staff put a lot of love into their grounds. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was! It was truly the perfect venue for us. We didn't even need much decor because the barn and ceremony space are so beautiful on their own.

We didn't purchase day-before or day-after barn access which made things a little chaotic. I recommend getting the day-after cleaning, as we were in a mad rush to get things cleaned before midnight on wedding day. The security guard was also very rude during clean up. I'd pay extra to not have to deal with him again...

All in all, great venue for the outdoorsy couple! We loved being able to choose all of our own vendors, too. We felt like we had so much creative control, which we wouldn't have gotten at a full-service venue. It's also so comforting to know our money went to a nature center. Much better than a golf course, at least...

My husband and I just got married at Woldumar last week and it was AMAZING! Everything looked so beautiful. We live in Los Angeles and Kevin and Lauren made planning the wedding so much easier. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and when we were in town were accommodating any time we wanted to come look at the site again. Their crew set everything up exactly how we wanted and even the night security was great!

It rained on my wedding and we couldn't use the Walnut Glen location like we had wanted but the barn was amazing for both the wedding and reception. And after the ceremony, when the rain cleared, Kevin took my husband and I and our photographer around to some gorgeous sites for photos.

It's an amazing property and I would not only come back just to hike or enjoy the site I would recommend it to any future bride looking for an...

I am very disappointed in their camp programs for children. My daughters attended spring break camp and complained that the facility is dirty and covered with dead bugs in the room where they eat. I was willing to live with that since I think it’s a beautiful place and I love the premise of the camp- learning about nature and being outdoors. However I really can not recommend the program until and unless they find camp counselors that are kind and comfortable caring for children. Dan was great, but the woman that took over the latter half of the week is very short tempered and I witnessed her yelling at some boys which she excused by saying that one of them was her son. However, it didn’t end there. After I left for work, she was cruel to my child to the point of tears. We...

Such a beautiful and well maintained gem! The fall colors here are exceptional, the most variety of colors I've ever seen on a fall walk. There are several different lengths of paths through various scenery. All the paths are well marked and orange paint marked roots that stick up to avoid tripping. Dogs are allowed on a leash and there are a few poop bag stations to make it easy. There is a barn and an outdoor area where it looks like wedding receptions can be held, and an old log cabin which I have yet to check out. Can't wait to try cross country here in the winter! Well worth the $2 donation to keep the nature center as beautiful as it is!

Very scenic woodland park. They offer valleys, pine forest, tall trees, wetlands, etc so many different kinds of terrain and ecosystems there. Wildlife I saw today included various kinds of birds, carpenter ants, isopods, dragonflies, all kinds of beetles, the dreaded dog ticks and so many awesome kinds of spider I'd never seen before. Also saw a small garter snake which was cool. This park has several great opportunities for geocaching, but is cool to visit regardless.

Loved this place. They have plenty of parking. The trails are well taken care of. I went on a Sunday. They have structures which included a log cabin, covered picnic shelter, a visitor center and a barn. Because of the day they were closed. There is lot a variety of birds. I did see quite a few Towhee birds. A will go back place. $3 entrance fee unless you are a member. Bring cash
