Glendon Road Beach — Attraction in Dennis

For a small beach and a small parking lot this beach offers a lot in a short walking distance. It is across the street from the Sailing Cow Cafe, a busy summer restaurant. Up Glendon Rd is the Dog House which offers, you gussed it, Hot Dogs amongst other beach favorites. Also close by in the area is Woolfies (breakfast), and Bandera's (lunch).

This beach offers a modest parking lot with two rows of parking. One row is facing the beach/ocean the other is facing Old Warf Rd. Parking prices are standard for the town of Dennis throughout the summer. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

During the off season the beach is open regular hours. The beach is an easy walk out and I would expect with beach tires handicapped accessible. You’ll find a couple bathrooms on site. There are a lot of summer rentals in the area including an RV park close by so summer visitors will battle increased traffic flow and will need to plan to get preferred beach positions...

Nice looking beach. Easy access to the beach (no stairs). But in the winter they block off the beach and you have to climb over if you want to get...

There are couple nice beaches in Dennis. This is one of those. Surely we are not comparing it with Mayflower beach, but still it is pretty nice...
